Fireside BBQ and Grill

Honestly I parked in front of the place and something said check the reviews. I saw the number of reviews and they were not good at all. Not just that but there was no reply from the business.
I didn't get out of my car. I kept moving.
Thanks to those who left feedback and saved me money and saved me from a bad taste in my mouth.

Me and my spouse walked in and placed an order tonight . His choice of meat wasn’t what he ordered and he didn’t receive a side and my order were without a side as well . I’ll never order from here or encourage anyone to order from here . It took a long time for me to receive my food and me and my spouse were the only customers in the establishment . I DON’T recommend!!

I order ribs, they gave me rib tips, which were terrible burnt. You can tell that it was microwaved. Cost to much for nasty food.

Despite the horrible reviews, I decided to try this place. The meat isn’t grill. It seems the meat is being boiled. The pictures don’t match up with the food nor taste. This restaurant is catfish and false advertisement! You cannot fool black people, especially ones who know how to cook, the price is outrageous. The potato salad is store purchased , from metro market. I brought some before, nothing is homemade. Everything is horrible, if you see good reviews. They have to be close family/friends. This place needs overall -1.1 rating not 3.7. Why waste time and money to opt a business. Not put time and effort into your business. That’s why I hate supporting black on businesses. They overcharge, bad customer service and no homemade food. People told me for years, I need to sell dinners or have a restaurant. That’s never been my dream. I learn to cook at a young age because I’m a woman and want to be married. They need to sell this business to someone with fire and passion. Natalie food truck that be on Lovers Lane and Hampton. Her BBQ IS INCREDIBLE, her sides are homemade. Only her and her husband runs it. Her spaghetti had meat, homemade greens, potato salad, yams, ribs, and desserts are impressive. I can tell she put her heart and soul into her food. Big Daddys food sucks too like Fire side , must be family. Horrible places for BBQ. If I can’t get to Natalie bbq truck, Tony’s , Heavens table Bbq or speed queen. I will never come back to fire side. They need to rebrand or hired real southern chefs. I get over 1M views on google, people take my reviews seriously!!! PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THE MEAT IS FRESHLY GRILL BECAUSE IT IS Not. It’s mushy and nasty meat. They are gaslighting and lying to people! I wasted $60

Rude and slow. I placed an order today 04/12 at 11:14 PM. Witnessed another customer come in at minimum 10 minutes after me, only for him to get not one but 2 plates of food before I was even acknowledged to address the concern that I’d been waiting 45 minutes for my order. Attempted to speak to the young man at the register and he just walked off without acknowledging my presence!!! It is now 12:08 and I still don’t have my food!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Update 1: Some lady I’m assuming has some stake of ownership refunded me my money and said to still get my food. Will be back with a taste review.

This place was so bad that I will never go back the rib tips was bullshit could not eat them had one and God I thought I was going to puke they was not grilled more like boiled so that let the picture fool you that shit don't come out like that I was just there on 12/4/24 never will go back

Alright people - I found another local gem. Fire Side BBQ (7706 W Burleigh) is the bbq restaurant I have been looking for coming from Tennessee. Before anyone comments on that sauce, I ask for extra anytime I hear the restaurant makes their own sauce because I want the full experience of the cook I’m dealing with. The sauce was AMAZING.. but.. THIS. BRISKET. WAS. FIRE! Brisket is the ultimate test to see if you’re dealing with a good BBQ place, and this is the best brisket I have had from a restaurant in Wisconsin. I have also heard their fish fry is outstanding, and to top it off, they have live DJs on Friday nights!! This is such a cool spot and I cannot wait to come back!
