I loved the atmosphere, the people were extremely attentive to me! This was my first time there and the bartenders were great to me! My drinks were lovely!! I ordered catfish and I absolutely loved it!! The young men who takes the orders could communicate a lil better but I’m one person who absolutely adores that these young men are doing something positive and I know over time their communication skills would get better! I played dominoes, ate good and had drinks in a very safe environment!!! Must say this place was so laid back and chill, I left my purse on the table while retrieving my food!

Ordered rib trip dinner. Does appear to be broiled. A few pieces were old and dried out meat. However other parts were tasty as well as the macaroni and cheese. Probably won’t be back.

This was a find off of yelp as we were driving north. But the sandwiches were delicious and had many choices for sides. Quick service and giants sodas were also appreciated.

I have been going there for many years and now there is new ownership, I called in a take out order and waited for 45 minute, while I was there the flies were nasty everywhere. I finally got home with my food which I ordered a steak dinner which was very over priced and it was all grizzle hardly any meat. I called the restaurant and all the owner said was he had to check the meat and the salad also was terrible all brown lettuce the cucumber were huge chunks and tomatoes needed to be cut also, seems like someone is too lazy to make a good salad like I used to get with the old owner. Also the owner never apologized at all. I will never go back it used to be my Friday night restaurant to go to this is what happens when someone else takes over most restaurants.

I called an order in for rib tips no sauce, mac n chees and baked beans... I only received the baked beans, the worst part is that I was given old meat... It had a extremely bad taste and texture was really tough.. I was so sad, I had been craving bbq. I walked in & didn't smell any bbq red flag 1...I ordered ribs & they came in 5 min red flag 2... seemed chewey like it was from the night before or something... red flag 3 was a puddle of gold liquid in my container which I think was grease.... won't be going
I have visited this restaurant a couple of times before and, although it has been a few years, I had expected it would be just as good as I remember. The ambience was very lively for a weekday night, which was nice to see. The bar was packed and all of the tables in the back were full.The food was not that great. My partner got the chopped chicken salad and thought it was very mediocre, especially for the price tag. I had a rack of ribs. I found the barbecue sauce to be weirdly thin in texture and lacking taste. The ribs were extremely fatty. We did not enjoy our meal very much.The service was good, despite how busy the restaurant was. A couple of things were lacking: our table was very wobbly, and our server never came back to fix it after she said she would. Also, we never got any water, even though we asked for it. Honestly, with so many good restaurants in Hudson Valley, I probably would not go back to this one.
