Decided to try something new and out of my element and got Fiyahside Jamaican Cuisine! The food itself was wonderful and tasted so good. The meat had all it's bones so if that's something that you find off-putting you may have to consider how you order your meals. For me, it was fine and I picked around it and enjoyed every savory minute. Would definitely get again!

The food was okay. Everything lacked flavor. I got half curry half jerk chicken. I also got a jerk chicken egg roll. Out of everything I ate, the rice was the best part of it. Also, the customer service from the employees is not where it should be. It took me forever to figure out where to place my order ( it was my first time coming to the restaurant).. I ended up asking some customers who were walking out and they informed me where to go. Mind you, there were some workers sitting there the whole time staring at me and not saying anything ..When I finally was ready to place my order the gal that takes the orders was just very nonchalant. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. .. probably won't be back. Customer service means a lot to me and on top of that the food was not what I expected it to be.

I always go to the uppa yard which is good fireside horrible food dry red beans and rice jerk chicken horrible I will never go back here ever again.Stick to what I know that's awesome ? which is the uppa yard hands down.

I waited 30 minutes for my food. The first waiter was nice I can not lie . But she just didn’t listen to me when I told her that I wanted the oxtail dinner. I asked did they have it she said yes. She taken my order only to come back and say they are out. So i settled for chicken. They didn’t have much to chose from. So Il waited 25 mins I asked about my food she said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I hear two men in the back arguing . They got louder and louder. Two young ladies went back there then came back up front and said they can’t stop them from arguing. Now I’m hungry , didn’t get what I originally ordered and on top of that waiting until they get done arguing over broken glass from a month ago . I let 5 more minutes past i couldn’t take it no more I requested for my money back because obvious the glass was more important than the customers waiting up front for their food. This was my first time and last time coming up there. It was a ghetto experience and family should not work together if they have no business mindset. Keep things professional or lose money your pick not mine!

Firstly the Customer Service was Efficient and The Young Lady At The Counter Was On It... The Food Was Great As Well. I ordered the Curry Chicken & Oxtail Combo w/Rice and Cabbage and My Fiancé Got The Jerk Chicken Combo... Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Try Them Out Y'all, You Won't Be Disappointed ??

If you decide to eat here make sure you order extra gravy. Literally extra extra extra gravy because the rice and chicken both curry and jerk will be dry. It doesn’t taste authentic. It taste like someone YouTube’d how to make Jamaica food but wasn’t quite paying attention. This place has potential though.

Today was our 1st time trying this spot and I must say this is by far the best Jamaican food I have had since moving to Milwaukee 6 years ago. The jerk and brown stew chicken and oxtail’s were juicy and tender the rice/peas and cabbage cooked to perfection not to mention the plantains and Rasta pasta ?.

I usually cook myself but was too busy before work so I decided to try their curry chicken. I should have known better. It was the whitest curry I’ve ever seen in my life! I don’t know how a Jamaican restaurant can get curry wrong!!! It neva ready! Kmt. As a Jamaican I feel offended… won’t be returning.
