Amazing restaurant! Love the food, vibe, and service. Would suggest to everyone..! Awesome place. Everyone should try it as they have such a variety. Even for vegans, vegetarians! Great place..!

Like other reviewers, I used to love this place- fast, fresh, healthy, tasty food. However, over the past 1-2 years, food has steadily declined. We usually get the exact same order, yet it is different EVERY TIME due to workers not reading the receipt and/or seemingly not knowing the ingredients for the different bowls. I’ve called several times when it’s egregious (ie no protein included, rice missing, etc) and am always offered a credit, free bowl, etc, though these things never actually get applied. Today my husband and I had two different bowls but they tasted exactly the same (had none of the sauce included in the respective recipes) and were missing toppings. I’m just so tired of the inconsistency. It’s a shame- will try other locations

I used to really love this place and order it all the time. but the past few times the tuna has been disgusting. Really really fishy tasting, idk how they are okay serving it. it ruins my whole bowl. Hopefully they get it together and start getting fresh fish.

I’ve had numerous good experiences at Fresh Fin! The ingredients seem fresh, and the flavors are well balanced. I love that they offer so many options for customization while still having great signature bowls for when you just want to grab something delicious without overthinking it. The staff was friendly, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Fresh Fin is the place to go! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Never walked in here for 3 years and I regret it. Flavorful, well seasoned, perfect balance. Truffle seafood salad was great, tofu great, loved the daikon maybe the most. Clearly an attentive and careful kitchen staff. 6/5 if you want to splurge a bit $$

Worth even driving in the snow to pick up FreshFin! As a family, poke bowls is one of our favorite easy dinners, so we’re always trying new poke places. This one is sure to become a family regular. Fresh, great options, easy for everyone to find something they were happy with. We ordered and picked up, but I’ve included pictures of dine in space - super clean and cute. We had the cilantro chicken, mango tango and then created a custom bowl. The servings were generous enough we even have leftovers for lunch! The server was really quick and she was really helpful, even giving some suggestions that turned out fabulous. Give this place a try! Seems like a good regular staple go-to!

I would say the lower east side location is my least favorite location. The food is usually inconsistent which matches their customer service. I was desperate when I stopped in this location, but after receiving hard rice… I’ll raise my standards and go to the Bayshore location from now on
