I just had the rudest encounter with one of yall employees!!!! I called and he said pick up or delivery I said delivery he said what???? I SAID DELIVERY! So then he reads off my address to confirm and I said yes he asked what can I get for you I told him 20 piece wings does that come with fries he said yes I said okay can you make sure yall put extra lemon pepper on there and he said anything else and I said can you make sure you tell the kitchen to put extra lemon pepper on the wings and fries because yall barely have any on there why would I want wings and fries that’s plain??? I would cook it myself at that point and this rude guy had the nerve to ask me again rudely, “what???” I repeated it again can you tell the kitchen to put extra lemon pepper on the wings and fries because it barely be any seasoning on there and then I told him that it’s rude to say “what????” And he clearly had an attitude like a female talking about some “how am I rude? I didn’t hear what you said” and I told his ignorant self if you didn’t hear what I said you should say “I’m sorry I didn’t catch that?” Or “can you repeat that?” But you don’t dare say “what????” In a rude tone that’s poor customer service PERIOD! Then to top it off HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!! So I won’t be giving yall any business no more. Rude!!!!!
