The broth and noodles for the spicy chicken Ramen bowl were simply outstanding! Service was incredibly efficient, very prompt... Highly recommend any of their poke bowls, and Ramen Make sure you get their loyalty card... We will definitely be coming back several times, especially during the winter season!

Usually I love the food, tea, and fruit shakes here. Today I picked up a chicken sandwich and a milk tea. The milk tea was great, as always, but the sandwich was undercooked with the chicken still slightly pink and chewy. Once I got to this part I just threw the rest of the sandwich away.Disappointing, but that's what I get for getting a chicken sandwich at a poke place! The rest of the food that I've had here as a lunch regular is great

Came here because they have hotpot at this location! Can’t say much about the other menu items they offer since I haven’t tried them (boba and poke), but their AYCE hotpot is a solid deal. For about $31 per person, it includes a good variety of meats, veggies, and other offerings that complete a hotpot meal.Sauce station has just about everything you need (I had to ask for some sugar, but they readily supplied!). My group went on a weeknight, so it wasn’t extremely busy. Staff were attentive and provided what we needed and answered any questions we had. For Milwaukee, this was a very solid hotpot experience. Will have to be back to try the other items!p.s. as of 01/03/2024, they have a deal if you call for a reservation for hotpot, you get a free mini seafood platter (in the image!)

The poke bowls are great! The amount in the large is definitely enough for one meal and sometimes a little left over. I've never had the chance to sit down and eat in as I've always had take out or ordered for pick up. Staff is always nice and helpful. Just tried the ramen bowl for the first time and can't say I was that impressed. Definitely enjoyed it but it's one of those that I wouldn't come back for a second. On the other hand the poke bowl I would definitely come back for a second and even a third.

One employee openly admitted "I do not acknowledge men."First time going to this spot with my girlfriend, I quickly realized, everything I said was not met with responses, but when my girlfriend spoke, everything was normal. We place our order, I paid and tipped as usual and the employee handed the receipt to my girlfriend along with the loyalty stamp card when I was expecting to receive them to look it over. We sat down and when our boba was ready, the employee brought out the boba and place both teas on one side of the table in front of my girlfriend as if they were both hers. Once the food was ready, the employee left the food by the register and not the table where we sat.I noticed the behavior but brushed it off and we left to enjoy our meal and tea outside in the nice weather only to see the employee only put one pair of chopsticks in there. So I went back to grab another pair and asked why they behaved the way they did. To sum it all up, she told me they are self serve (despite them providing one pair of chopsticks in the to-go bag), they are not fast food place, and this employee in particular has been in the restaurant industry for many years. To wear the years of experience in the restaurant industry like a badge and give the kind of service they gave contradicted to me. I understand customers can be a pain, but there was nothing my girlfriend or I did to receive this kind of treatment. I did feel discriminated against as a Black man and expressed this to her. At this point is where she mentioned "I do not acknowledge men." I tried to inquire if this was due to a negative experience in the past but Nope. Which I think is ok but then this is definitely not the right industry.I didn't drink the boba that I saw this employee make because if they openly behaved like that and admitted it - I was a bit concerned about the state of my beverage. The sushi that was made in the back was pretty good. I think I'll go back, but request service from other employees if this one is present. Not the best first experience though.
VERY good food — and so many vegetarian options! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the vegetarian ramen is disappointing… it’s good, but basically lacks any flavor. Spice that up and this becomes an instant 5 star, cus I love the other vegetarian options, but really want the ramen too!

The fish portions here are very good compared to a regular poke joint. This would easily have been a 5 star review. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that they use pineapple which goes about as well with tuna as it does on pizza. Also it appears to come from a can which is a big no no in my book.

The Korean chicken was mostly batter and bits of fat. Pretty disappointing, especially considering the price. The ramen was decent and the people working there were friendly.
