I would give them a ZERO if I could. Service is terrible and the bratwurst meal was a joke. Three strands of saurkraut, cold limp potato pieces and all on a flat stale piece if bread. Avoid at all costs!

This place was close to my gate and looked cozy. Found a seat and went through the ordering process. The coffee didn't arrive until I stopped someone for help and asked about it. I ordered two eggs, potatoes and toast. The eggs were harder than rocks and my food was cold. The waitress brought out some more eggs 15 minutes later. My coffee cup is empty and I'm disappointed that I choose this place. The atmosphere seems okay but everything that you would expect from a restaurant was missing. Update: waitress took extra steps with my check to make my experience a bit more palatable. Moved service from 1 Star to 3 Stars

Service was terrible, you order yourself at the table and the waitress never bothered looking at our order so she was asking questions that she should have known. There is espresso on the menu but they don't have americano's, apparently they don't have hot water either. She didn't care about her job at all. We're supposed to be happy these days when employees actually show up to work but I'd rather the restaurant close down and I'll bring my own food to the airport. Oh ya and apparently in Milwaukee breakfast ends at 0930.

Price was high. I ordered a chopped salad for almost 20 dollars with chicken that had scraps of cut up chicken. I've never paid so much for so little. My husband ordered a 21 fish tray with 2 tiny fish sticks. Terrible waste of money.

luxury prices for oily reheated garbage "food" and generic drinks. $32 USD for a microwaved pretzel and beer. avoid at all costs, no matter how long your flight is delayed!

We had lunch here as family of 4, with two yound kids on a weekday lunch time. It was fairly packed. We ordered fish and chips, hamburger and chicken tenders meals. We couldn’t finish any of the meals despite being hungry. Food lacked taste, I seriously feared that we would get food poisoning by looking at the hamburger meat and taste of fish. Waitress you served was fast and efficient but smelled significant smoked. Strongly recommend not to go and eat here so they can change the chef and/or management.
The bartender was extremely rude! I had to ask multiple times for a menu and several times for her to take our order. It was a bit busy but it was no excuse for her behavior or inability to provide basic service.
