Reviewing in context of a restaurant in an airport... do you really expect 5 star service and excellence??
Overall it's ok. I don't know why there is so much hate in the other reviews. Is it's really so difficult to scan a QR CODE to view a menu? It's not unusual... and really, have you been to many other airports recently?
I sat at the bar. Bartender was wonderful! He was kind and attentive. No issues at all. I ordered a drink and food directly through him, after looking at the menu online.
So really I would rate the bar area 4 stars, due to not a huge selection of brews. But! The food.... um, ya, not that great. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. Immediately dumped the nasty looking slaw. But I don't like slaw anyway.
Remember- this is convenient. You are waiting for a plane. What do ya want?

Why am I literally still standing here waiting to be seated after 15 minutes of waiting and being stared at by your staff lol.
I was waiting for someone to look my way and assist but they completely ignored me so I decided to read the reviews and I’m SO GLAD I did. Thank you to those who posted about this place, you saved me $$ & frustration.

Everything about this place sucked. Food was nothing more than the frozen isle of Walmart, no interaction with employees, terrible experience.

Awful service. Waited 40 minutes for a hamburger. Place was not even busy. No one cared to update you on anything.
Sad.
Go to Starbucks instead.

Service is just horrible. Attitude, we never got our waters, difficult to get anyones attention. Please do not order the chicken salad wrap. It was REALLY WET, like it had just been thawed out of the freezer. Gross.

I get this is just an airport restaraunt, though I will likely not return as more options open up. You have to order your own food via the app, pay for the food via the app, and if there are any issues with the app (which we experienced), the server cannot take your order. I asked for help from a couple different servers for water since we had not seen her in a while, they said my server would be by soon - when she arrived 5 minutes later to help with the app, we still didn’t get my water after asking. Noticed the table next to mine (dad traveling with 3 kiddos) also had issues with the app and was late boarding waiting for help. Overall, a strange experience with subpar bar food.

Dont get anything especially their cheese curds. The fries had no salt. Their tenders were horrible. Tasted worse than walmart air fried cheap food. Felt sick afterwards.

Just my experience.
It's okay. You have to be forward with getting the employees' attention to order or ask any questions. They didn't pay any attention to me, so flagging them down was the only way. No, it was not busy when i was there.The wings were tiny and overcooked. They look better in the photo than they actually were. My drink was good. I don't expect much for airport dining but this place could definitely improve.

Stay away as I was not able to order because you can only order and scan code on table to order pay with you phone. They probably loose about $200 a day as they lost me and someone else in 5 minutes.They should reevaluate this policy.
Apparently they close at 7pm on Sunday. You need to update your hours. Liquor sales end at 9pm in Milwaukee. But I guess they are trying to be a super bar frustrate folks at 7pm. They are the only restaurant in the D terminal.
This place is awful. Service is almost non existent. Order via a QR code and served cold food. No one came to check on us til our food was gone. Would have left it but had to catch a flight and needed something. Way over priced for the quality even for airport standards. Lesson learned. Tip?? For what? We didn’t receive service so no I didn’t tip.

The Loaded Burger is close to being a scam, but they had beer so good enough.

Loaded Burger at this place means 1 patty and NOT 2 (per the menu), no cheese and those jalapeño curds were as dry as the burger meat. This is now the burger we use to compare other bad burgers against as it is our all time low.
-Dry as a bone, flavorless and not per menu.
