Loaded Burger at this place means 1 patty and NOT 2 (per the menu), no cheese and those jalapeño curds were as dry as the burger meat. This is now the burger we use to compare other bad burgers against as it is our all time low. -Dry as a bone, flavorless and not per menu.

Just the ordering is a pain. This qr code junk just never works as intended. No signage to tell you to just sit where you please, and staff ignores you if you're not at a table already. Won't come back if it's the last place in the airport

The bartender was horrible. Waited over 10 minutes and she would not even acknowledge my presence. Was not even busy. I got up and left to get food elsewhere, watched her serve the next guy who sat in my seat immediately. So yea, I'm a bit pissed. This happened at 11am. Saturday May 17th.

Horrible service. Took 10 min to order a beer because my phone was dead and they refused to wait on me because I couldn't scan the menu. When they did take my order I ordered a pretzel and cheese. They tried to serve me half serving of cold beer cheese . The window person noticed this was wrong and sent it back . They asked me to order something else but I refused because they were going to send out half ass inadequate food for 4 x the price when they have an A rating . No thank you! On top of that no discount and charged me $14 for a beer!!! Ridiculous! Shame on you Garden district. Shame on you .

An overnight trip turned into a disaster after leaving this place. I was in Milwaukee on a business trip and as I was leaving I stopped here to grab a burger. It was around 12:00 pm my flight was leaving at 2:41 pm. The burger was dry but I loaded it with condiments. By 3:00 am I’m on my cold bathroom floor convulsing and dripping in sweat begging my husband to call 911. OMG! I just knew I was dying the pain was intense felt like I was being stabbed over and over again by Freddy Krueger. After a day of Amoxicillin & Pepto Bismuth I started to feel a lil better but still weak and still using the bathroom. I looked for a phone number to call them but I can’t find one so I decided to leave a review. Shirley my waitress was nice until she ranted, “you want your check” as I was leaving. I had already paid and tipped her on the App she directed me to use. So embarrassing.

Don't even waste your time with this airport restaurant and I say this as a former Milwaukee resident and someone who has worked in Milwaukee restaurants/food service.
My elderly mother and I sat down for lunch before our flight and ended up waiting 20-30 MINUTES for our food. Our server was Adeline. When we tried to bring to her attention how long we had been waiting and that our flight was boarding soon, she didn't bother to stop at our table to address our concerns and said it would be a couple more minutes. We ordered a burger & fries and chicken tenders & fries. An order that should not take very long to cook. The restaurant was not that busy. She did not stop by to check on and update us during the time we were waiting.
Another customer sat down shortly after us right next to our table and ordered chicken tenders and fries and got his food much sooner, I wish we would have had the same server.
We finally received our food 10 minutes before our flight was set to board and had to rush to eat. Adeline was a terrible server. I understand they serve a lot of people, but she doesn't seem to care at all about guests and her job responsibilities as a server. She should have checked in before so much time had elapsed. After such crappy service, I will not be returning to this restaurant next time I fly out of MKE.

Two party burger was reduced to a one party burger. After complaining I was told that’s how it is now and the price is the same. The Menü has not been updated. Overall it’s the saddest thing I have ever seen.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. Service is terrible and the bratwurst meal was a joke. Three strands of saurkraut, cold limp potato pieces and all on a flat stale piece if bread. Avoid at all costs!

This place was close to my gate and looked cozy. Found a seat and went through the ordering process. The coffee didn't arrive until I stopped someone for help and asked about it. I ordered two eggs, potatoes and toast. The eggs were harder than rocks and my food was cold. The waitress brought out some more eggs 15 minutes later. My coffee cup is empty and I'm disappointed that I choose this place. The atmosphere seems okay but everything that you would expect from a restaurant was missing. Update: waitress took extra steps with my check to make my experience a bit more palatable. Moved service from 1 Star to 3 Stars
