We had lunch here as family of 4, with two yound kids on a weekday lunch time. It was fairly packed. We ordered fish and chips, hamburger and chicken tenders meals. We couldn’t finish any of the meals despite being hungry. Food lacked taste, I seriously feared that we would get food poisoning by looking at the hamburger meat and taste of fish. Waitress you served was fast and efficient but smelled significant smoked. Strongly recommend not to go and eat here so they can change the chef and/or management.

The bartender was extremely rude! I had to ask multiple times for a menu and several times for her to take our order. It was a bit busy but it was no excuse for her behavior or inability to provide basic service.

0 stars. DO NOT EAT HERE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Worst airport food and experience I've ever had. Food took over 25 minutes to arrive which is exceptionally slow for airport service. Poorly staffed. The food is extremely low quality and not worth the inflated airport prices.

Zero stars. Posted hours are not correct. Walked in at 6:45 and they told us they had done last call at 6:30pm and that the kitchen is closed. There was a full bar of customers eating and drinking. We were given the excuse that they close 30 minutes before the last flight departs. We looked at the flight board. There are 4 more flights that depart after 8pm. Lame.

Upon entering this establishment today, seeking something to eat and a drink, I attempted to use the app to order, which did not work. When I moved over to the bar to ask for assistance, the bartender was extremely rude not helping me only repeating the same unhelpful comment. She let me know that if I was going to get frustrated and upset, she was going to get upset right back at me. I was actually being patient and looking for assistance. I could not believe her response. The customer service was preposterous. She was unbelievably obnoxious and I have to assume it had something to do with the way that we looked and her perception of us for some reason. It was a very disappointing experience as we have gone to this restaurant many times when waiting for our flight at the airport. We will not be coming here again. Wish we could give zero stars
