Very unfortunate how rude mean and disrespectful the bartenders are.... nice crowd of people to mingle with. But the staff make your night not so pleasing when it's time to have to request service. I've never seen any establishment with bartenders so nasty! 2 x my night and mood was ruined by the unproffessionalism of the so called manager female that bartends there but is also known for her rudeness at the now closed nostalgia. It's sad. Black folks n customer service smh. Especially milwaukee women. Just sad. They need to learn how to be courteous and willing to give good service. A smile would be nice..... just nasty and rude is a brief description of their service. However the food is great!

Arrived at 7:30 pm on a Thursday evening, just a few customers in attendance. My guess and I sat at the bar for 20 minutes before anyone asked us if they could take our food and/or drink order.During the 20 minute wait, two bartenders repeatedly stood in front of us upset-tingly discussing their relationships with a co-worker and management. (at this point my guess wanted to see just how long it would take for one of the two bartenders to service us) After finally receiving service, it took over an hour before we were approached again for additional service or to pay our bill. Horrible service, way over priced drinks, ticker tape atmosphere, food was good, so if you like these qualities is a lounge, then this is the place for you. I suggest, get your food order to go, you may be able to get a glass of water while you wait.
