Got a deluxe grilled cheese that was delicious but a little uneven with how much tomato vs bacon was on there. Waitress was super friendly.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Had precious as our server. She took over 10 minutes to even greet us which I was understanding about at first. She took our drink and food order in a hurry. We waited....and waited....and waited..... I turned on a timer about 5 minutes after our order was taken. 32 minutes passed and I saw people who came 15 to 20 minutes after our order was placed receiving their food. My boyfriend had to go to the front counter 2 times to ask for a refill on his coffee. We heard precious announcing how she only had 10 minutes left in her shift. Finally a new server came in and greeted us thinking we were a new table. we informed her it had been over 30 minutes that we had been waiting for our food. She went to find out what was going on. Come to find out precious put in everyone else's food except ours even customers arriving well after us. I'm not sure if it was because we were white but I did notice she gave everyone else decent service besides us. Stephanie was the only saving grace during this visit. Even after precious was informed of her major mistake she never apologized or acknowledged us again. She lost out on a 35% tip. Stephanie was was very sweet and accomadating but no manager apologized or did anything. I reached out to management and corporate and no response has been received to my complaint. This is super poor customer service at this location and issues need to be addressed accordingly. Stephanie was amazing but everything else was trash. An incoming server should not have to deal with the mess ups from the previous shifts laziness and lack of work ethic!

Went in the early afternoon. Only 1 other table was occupied at the time. Did not receive what we ordered. Husband ordered a webs Benedict and received a sandwich. There was hair in his hash browns never came back after dropping off the food.We sat for 10 minutes after we finished waiting for the bill. Finally gave up and went to the counter to get it waitress just held her hand out for payment. We never even saw the bill until I requested it.When my husband mentioned the possible need for a beard net and pointed out the hair he was told that we could put it in the suggestion box.We frequent other Webbs and have no issues stopped at this one since it is close to home. this was a horrible experience. Hope service improves for your sake so you do not continue to lose customers.

The only waitress was just so unbelievably rude, hated serving white people, and was flat out unpleasant. Rolling her eyes, being clearly annoyed to do her job.. the service here sucks.

First things first there were only 2 workers and it took them 45 minutes to make a ham scrambler and two burgers. I get home and the ham scrambler is done incorrectly as it does not come with bell peppers and onions. They also forgot the bread. If that isn’t bad enough, there are egg shells in my food. This is extremely disappointing. I will not be returning here.

Down right rude, didn't get any orders right and had to wait 45 minutes to get the waitress over to our table because she was told busy talking to her friends that came in to hangout. Food was stale and tasted like rubber.

I ordered my food online and arrived to pick it up and the lady on duty tells me to give her a minute. There weren't many people in the restaurant and no one asked for her help but I sit down to wait. The server disappears into the kitchen and then comes out to have a conversation with some random customers as my food which has been sitting there the whole time gets colder. 5 or 10mins later another guy arrives and asked for his food which he got right away. At this point I can see the server has totally forgot about me. I ask for my food and she acts like its not in the bag on the counter. After waiting a few more minutes I repeat my name and she finally grabs the bag on front of her. I get home and there was lint and hair in my food like someone did it on purpose. This was a horrible experience and I won't return. I am not sure if the server was simple mind, being intentional rude or if the tip wasn't to her liking. This was a horrible and disgusting experience.

Customer service was horrible, you walk inn no greetings the Cook too busy in his phone the waitress no where to be found for the first 15,20 minutes just a few people in there on Thanksgiving evening, service and food sucks!!
