The staff were nice. They were short of staff. One girl took 30 minutes ( i swrar) to count out some change. My cup was dirty. The food was good. The only reason that I didn't leave was because they warned me ahead of time that it would take a minute and because I was so hungry!!!I left a decent tip.

Just called and asked for a order to go and the lady that answered the phone was very rude...I got to hotcakes to go and when I arrived she went on to tell me about how I could of got them way cheaper at McDonald's my Aunt sent me to get them so I paid using her debit card and she made a slick remark as if I stole the card never coming back here thanks

I had to kill a bunch of time one day and the staff here were awesome enough to not only whip a delicious meal for me, but also allow me to take my time and chill out until I had to do what I had to do. Awesome staff excelent customer service, definitely recommend this one over most Webb's

Ok. Service ok... Unfortunately, feeling comfortable there may take some doing. Be careful with the 5 for $5 deal, as there are up charges they don't talk about until the bill is presented. Fries were overcooked and greasy and not hot. Guess those that have gone there for a long time have no quams about the service, food offered, and the lack of feeling welcomed... Too bad, won't be back. Good luck.

I ordered the steak, egg and hashbrown meal and my steak was extremely tough. The waiter brought us waters before taking our order and my glass was dirty.. when we received our food it was cold and I don't understand why even the napkins our silverware were wrapped in were dirty

Great Fish Fry or Shrimp platter! served any day of the week. For breakfast you have to try their Belgium waffle awesome...
Was a little busy but the service was also slow took 20 mins just to place an order. I saw customers who placed orders leave cause it wad taking so long.

This review is for this location of George Webb only, not the chain as a whole. I arrived with a friend at 9:45am today, 07/04/2019. We sat down almost immediately. We were not even greeted until approximately 10:10am. In the 25 minutes that we waited to even be acknowledged, at least 5 people who arrived after us had their orders taken. By the time our order was taken we had already been there for at least 30 minutes. After our order was taken (eggs and toast) it was at least another 20 minutes until my friend got his food. My food? Oh, oops, they HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON MY ORDER. Mind you, this is a small restaurant. They were short staffed, and I certainly understand that things happen, but the service was beyond horrible. Definitely will not be back.

Love this place, it's clean, very friendly people, always coming here, this is my first time with bad service, sometimes you have to be careful who's cooking back there. At some point it's good, some point is bad. I order a big breakfast with the eggs, hashbrowns, bacon & toast. Some French toast on the side. My hashbrowns we're a bit rubbery, eggs was a bit burnt, everything else was good. Maybe next time I'll order something else. The Server was nice ,so friendly tho.

Great place for delicious American food. Food was so appetizing. Looking forward to a return visit. Bring your appetite because portions are filling. Food and feeling reminds me of Kansas City.
