Fresh, Fast, and Absolutely Delicious

I had an incredible experience at Ginza Japanese Restaurant, and this picture says it all. The sushi was not only beautifully presented but also unbelievably fresh — every bite tasted clean, vibrant, and full of flavor.

The service was impressively fast, yet never felt rushed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect without hovering. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with genuine care, but Ginza nails it.

We also ordered the gyoza, and they were amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. A must-try appetizer!

The prices are very competitive compared to other sushi spots in the area, especially considering the quality. You’re getting top-tier freshness and amazing presentation without overpaying, which makes this place an easy favorite.

From the delicate mango-topped roll to the crunchy tempura and the spicy rolls packed with flavor, every single piece on the plate was outstanding.

If you’re looking for delicious sushi, fast service, great value, and a place that truly focuses on freshness, Ginza is absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

As a black man I will never go here again I been to sushi spots all over Milwaukee and all them serviced me better then ginza did I waited 20 minutes on a empty Sunday evening to get my order through . They sat Me in the corner like I’m a animal i will never return here ever

The food was absolutely delicious. I loved the aesthetic of the plating with the flowers. The sushi was so amazing and fresh. Some of the best salmon sushi I’ve had, very high quality and fresh fish. Highly recommend

Now - I passed this place every time I got my eyebrows done at Exquisite Threading. I heard this place was good and decided to go for my birthday. Seriously, I’m sooo glad I did. This food here is spectacular. We had the rock shrimp, crab cake, California roll, shumai shrimp dumplings, Wauwatosa roll and Jason roll. Everything was DELICIOUS! We went early on a Friday evening which was perfect. Around 6:30pm or so, this place gets super busy. I do understand why!!!! This place is incredible.
