This was me and my sisters first time here and let me tell you it was SO bad. OK we walk in lady at entrance was great. We were told to seat ourselves but every table was stacked with plates and trash as well as the floor no one in sight for cleaning at all so we cleaned our own table and the seats and cleaned around our table the floor. We seated and went to get a plate. We came back ate the plate and still no one was cleaning but also we hadn't seen the server so I went up to the front and asked if we were supposed to get our sodas at the entrance and the lady told us no your server will be over soon. 30 minutes go by no one cleaning and no server so I went back to the entrance and asked if she can get me the drinks because there wasnt a server so she did. 20 minutes go by and finally a woman with a cart starts cleaning the tables but was so angry she was slamming stuff and cursing the whole time than looked at us and asked if we needed drinks and I told her No we got some from the entrance lady. We went to get another plate and 20 m9re minutes go by and the server is sitting at a table chatting and on her phone I finished my plate and went to ask another server if I can just get my own drinks and he went to get it for us and he did. I usually go to the one in Waukesha and especially for the banana pudding but that also was a disaster its like they ran out of cookies to make it so there was a big pan of watery pudding and maybe 2 cookies I couldn't believe what I was viewing and than I look up and staff was eating as well. I did speak with management and he did issue a refund and fave us 2 dinner coupons in which we asked if it could be used at the Waukesha location and he said no but my sister said we will use the coupons to try this place 1 more time but I am very hesitant. Seeing g the reviews I think I am just going to go back to Waukesha because at least I can get my real banana pudding.

My last experience here was amazing, but today as I was using the rest room, there was an employee (cook) who just urinated and didn't wash his hands on the way out. I immediately requested a refund and left out.

The food was not it... Too salty and undercooked but our server was super amazing with her attention to detail and just making sure we were comfortable.

The server was very rude. He acted as if he had an attitude anytime we asked him a question. He didn’t give us the drinks we asked for and he wasn’t giving good customer service. At the end of our service he kept saying “where’s my tip I only make $2” over and over. This was not professional and he didn’t know if we was going to tip or not. But for the service he gave he didn’t deserve it but we felt so forced to give it to him we did but I would not recommend him as your waiter.

My main reason for my visit was to try out the food the food was all right it's pretty good it wasn't nothing exquisite or phenomenal but it did get the job done.

I went to get hot fudge the pump blew up hot fudge went on my designer pants shirt I asked person behind counter what happened said oh its empty I asked for clean cloth wet I got a dry piece of paper no sorry no did u get burned no urgency spoke to mgr no help at all said accidents happen I asked do u hv cleaning service for situation like this looked at me like r u kidding no aplogie no I will speak to staff no comp on food zero. So eat at yr own risk I had not went to golden corral in years now I know y never again
