Excellent meal and exceptional beer! I feel like the beer here is really underrated. If you are an IPA fan you will have tons of exciting options, and there are of course options for other beer drinkers too. German beer drinkers will be left wanting however.Food was delicious! I ordered the Dill Pickle Burger which is a limited edition special they are offering. It had a nice ensemble of savory dill pickle flavors as well as an unusual but inviting sweet flavor. No clash of flavors and a welcome guest for my tongue. Salad was exceptional for a side salad. It is unfortunate that so many side salads fall off to the side at restaurants but the side salad here was an exception. The Italian vinaigrette added a layer of complexity with a gently spicy profile, but not to fret the cucumber and pickled onion balance out any spice that might scare some away.Price was a little high, but understandable for the quality that you get from the food and beer. I will definitely be dining here again for both the beer and food and can't recommend enough! I do wish they had more merchandise to offer, that's my only major critique...

wish there was a more balanced variety and not so IPA/stout heavy (these types of beers are overrated and already over-produced in almost every brewery in the city). Saisons and belgian styles are where it’s at, or well where I’ll be at next time I pick a place to get a beer with my friends.

Solid brewery with good beers in a variety of styles. I really enjoyed the West Coast IPA.The restaurant area is great with lots of different seating options.I had the Fish Fry and enjoyed it. Overall, a solid experience.

The food was mediocre at best. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich which was quite plain. Beer was good.

Staff seems normal and the food is def good but they no longer accept cash payments which is a bummer to be honest.Edit:There are plenty of other places that handle cash. And some people only get paid in cash and they aren't criminals... so it excludes a large crowd from enjoying the place

We stopped at Good City Brewing after a show at the Fiserv. We came in at a good tune because it was not very busy at all. We enjoyed the atmosphere and it was family friendly during that time. I enjoyed the birria tacos a lot at this location. I want to go back to try other items and when it is more lively.

Nice location on Farwell! They also have a separate room for large parties. The rooftop bar is nice and they have some patio seating as well. The food wasn't anything spectacular, but worth the stop! The cheese curds are pretty good. The craft beer is good as well. The servers was not personable, hopefully we just caught her on an off day.

Came today and loved it! We sat down and the bar tender came over quickly with menus we ordered cauliflower wings that were so good I forgot to take a picture! We also got a chicken sando that was cooked perfectly! The chicken was juicy and spicy - which went well with the vegetables and avocado on the sandwich. The fries on the side were curry fries with curry powder that was also good. My husband had the Oktoberfest beer and enjoyed it! Overall great experience and would come back!

We had a wonderful pretzel and sliders. Beer was common. It was very difficult to order beer and current offerings were mysteriously. It was unclear where to order and ended up ordering at the bar. Some organizations would be helpful. I will not be returning. 2 is for the food.

Our family stopped in for drinks and apps. Our first visit and we were impressed. Excellent list of beers and a decent cocktail menu. We all had one or two that we really enjoyed. We had the fried cheese curds that were very good. Lots of merchandise and to go beers. Check it out.

Spicy grilled chicken paired nicely with a Bevel porter-like beer. The fries had a unique seasoning that I truly enjoyed. Was here on a Monday night and there was open seating. Very clean and respectable place. Looking forward to try the deep fried cheese curds next time.
