literally 2 people working it took them 30 mins to get a 6 piece boneless wing out? very poorly run establishment. Don’t order from here unless you’re okay with waiting hours for your food.

I wanted to grab some wings before a Packers game, so I ordered 20 boneless wings. Somehow, I got zero boneless wings. Instead, when I got home from picking the wings up and opened the box, it appeared I had received several chicken strips cut up and deep fried to look like boneless wings. They didn't even try to hide it—you can see the chicken inside the cut-up clumps, showing how they must've chopped the strips up and then tossed them in the deep frier. Absolutely absurd and if I had checked before I got home, I would've gone back in and asked for my money back if they didn't actually have any boneless wings in the kitchen. I've never seen this happen before at a BWW location.

Just know that there is NO WAY TO GET A REFUND if they mess up your order which they will because the new owners refuse to pay for more than 2 workers at a time. This location used to be good but the new ownership has ruined it.

Ordered 20 wings and a fries through the app tonight. When I came by about 10 minutes later, my order was already ready, even though the board showed a lot of orders were in progress.
I didn’t stay long, but the pickup area looked clean. The wings were hot and fresh, the fries were crispy and not greasy. Everything tasted great! Staff was friendly when I picked up the food, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
I know this spot doesn’t always get the best reviews, but my experience tonight was very positive and I’d order again.

I ordered bogo 15 piece boneless wings and got 21 in each box. I’m always gonna rate 5 stars when I get free food. Went in on a busy Thursday night for the BOGO boneless wings. They were done in a reasonable amount of time 15-20 min

Since they changed their management they have been on point, they have super fresh wings now with a lot of chicken on that bone! The fries are well seasoned, wings well sauced, and they have great service. They sure have changed the way they worked. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

Worst BW3 in Wisconsin. There’s a reason they have such a low rating. I spoke to the manager because an order was placed by mistake. The manager refused to refund me and told me to contact corporate. After I reached out, corporate contacted the store—but they still refused to issue a refund, even though I never received the food. Corporate ultimately advised me to file a credit card dispute, since the store wouldn’t cooperate with them either. On top of that, the manager was rude and unprofessional. Just read the other reviews. If you can, go to a different BW3.

Under the new ownership the store got a lot better now the food is nice, full of quality and making within 10 minutes which saves our time. And the store has a friendly environment with new staff and the store is very clean.

they had a homeless person sleeping inside. 10 minutes into eating i got a stomach ache then got viscous diarrhea 10 minutes after that. dont do it.

We ordered the food and requested a phone call or text once delivered, and we never received it. Luckily we went down to our lobby an hour and a half later and it was sitting there. Also tried to call twice and speak to someone and it auto hangs up on you after a long hold. ALSO we only ordered 3 things and only received 2/3. Horrifically Poor service…..
