Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

Under the new ownership the store got a lot better now the food is nice, full of quality and making within 10 minutes which saves our time. And the store has a friendly environment with new staff and the store is very clean.

This place is 100x better with the new management. 10/10

they had a homeless person sleeping inside. 10 minutes into eating i got a stomach ache then got viscous diarrhea 10 minutes after that. dont do it.

We ordered the food and requested a phone call or text once delivered, and we never received it. Luckily we went down to our lobby an hour and a half later and it was sitting there. Also tried to call twice and speak to someone and it auto hangs up on you after a long hold. ALSO we only ordered 3 things and only received 2/3. Horrifically Poor service…..

Horrible customer service, unprofessional, and neither worker act like they I want to service me. I will never ever come here again !!!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

Apparently Buffalo Wild Wings has become a do-it-yourself wings place. I ordered wings through the app which said they would be ready at 8:30. It took them an additional 30 min to even give me my wings at 9:00. When I opened the bag to check my order, none of the wings had sauce on them. When I brought this up to the staff, they replied with “that’s how they come through the app”. I’ve ordered through the app every time and not once have they come like this. (Not to mention the tiny amount of sauce I got for 12 Parmesan Garlic wings.) If I wanted chicken nuggets and sauce I’d have gone to the grocery store. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they told my wife and I they had no food to provide due to the fact they already shut everything down. What kind of business shuts everything down 20 minutes early and are still open. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

never actually know what you'll get when you order. Half the time it'll have missing items, the other half the time you'll get half of what you ordered.

I placed an order at 8:00 PM for pick up at 8:20 PM. I arrived at the pickup time to pick up my order, and gave them my name and they told me it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes after that, I go up to the counter and they asked me if I’m picking up an order as if they’re never seen me before and I haven’t been waiting for the last 20 minutes, and told me it would be 5 more minutes. When I finally got home with my order, the tenders didn’t even have sauce. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received at any restaurant.

Ordered two orders of the new deal for 20 wings and a large fry. We were missing both large fries and a portion of the wings. We called to let them know and they put us on hold then hung up.

My husband and I visited Buffalo wild wings on Saturday November 23. 2024 we inform the manager . That we had points,She told us that she would add it at the end of the transaction. She for got and said it was are faut. I ask her we inform you that we had points to be used. She/He told us that she could'nt redo the order. I said it wasn't are faut it was hers. I ask could she give us more wings or a gift card she said No. We will nerve go back. She didn't care about the customer.word of mouth is the best policys. We will not visit again. We loss points or give us our points. If she would have added it in the begining I would not be writing this review.

They need to hire more employees asap!!!! I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. Theirs one female working. The guy is just chilling back there. if I hadn't paid with my card already I would have left. Not to mention they don't have blue cheese or celery....Real ghetto

Each time it is a "sketchy" experience. I guess they don't pay much and they end up getting the bottom of the barrel. They really can't find better, nicer people. At least average.

Customer service was on point and she was very patient with us. We had went to the one downtown and on Lovers Lane to find out they were shut down. But the workers there was very fast pace and making our order . The only bad thing I really encounter what's a young man in the back that kept sneezing he needed to stay home that day.
