Love their salad ( Buffalo chicken, YUM!!!!) and customer service however, they owe me two salads. No lids so they used plastic wrap. Really?? On a $16 salad? The owner should have ran to restaurant depot, Sam's club, something! By the time I got back to the office, one had spilled. I go all the time so I was surprised at their solution to no lids. Outside of this issue, great quick healthy option.

We stumbled upon this place in Milwaukee, WI while bringing our son to university. This place is one of a kind. Giant bins of fresh, green lettuce choices, spinach, choose your protein, chicken, tofu, etc., plus every salad option known to man…not out of a bag or can, freshly chopped, gorgeous. Custom what you like or pick one from the menu-I picked the Asian salad and the salad was so much I had to bring it home for tonight. Outstanding homemade ginger dressing. Also ordered a smoothie- watched the maker open the fridge to a bin of fresh, ripe strawberries, in went a fresh banana. The venue has giant windows facing a crossroads with historic buildings, the place is clean, comfortable, bright, relevant. I’ll add awesome service. My son’s burrito (wrap) unraveled, we did not even ask, they re-wrapped it! Geez.

I usually order ahead, the Santa Fe salad with quinoa and tofu, and they have it ready when I arrive! You start by choosing your fresh greens, spinach, spring mix, romaine lettuce, and/or quinoa. Then a protein and any extras. Customizing one of the signature salads, you can swap ingredients too! The salads are a great size for the price and filling!

Love this place fresh salads and smoothies perfect combo
Ordered two different smoothies the dr roots beet smoothie and a green smoothie with chia seeds both were really good and priced decently however because I used door dash the price increased by additional $30 unfortunately. All in all aside from the additional cost I was Very Very pleased with my order. Everything was healthy, fresh and delicious.

First time here and I got a regular Cesar salad with egg. I was surprised how big it was for a regular, it was worth $14. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. I bought my MacBook, so I was here for 2 hours and the atmosphere was great. The workers were friendly and helpful.

Thankfully, Grassroots has reached out to us after the issues my supervisor and I experienced with our order. They reached out to Doordash and a refund is processing. I advise not to order through Doordash, as it's difficult to get refunded if necessary, even if pictures of the issue are sent. Just order directly through Grassroots.
