I would venture to say this is the best salad spot in all of Milwaukee. Incredible food, all of the staff are some of the most friendliest people I’ve ever come in contact with in fast food, gorgeous environment, with attention to detail in the design. The owner is very friendly, and had a great conversation with him.

As a former employee and a person who loves good food I LOVEEEE GRASSROOTS but the energy and the way I was treated and talked to today I will never ever give my money to this business again I cannot remember her name but she was very rude to bring up a complaint I made on door dash about my order I called the store for them to put my dressing on the side and the black guy who answered said Sure and literally did not follow any of my instructions the food was nasty the drink was disgusting instead of them not paying that any mind and saying how can we help you today I was argued with almost made me want to walk out and not order any food because I was hungry and wanted GR I stayed and payed but this will literally be my last visit until the place is RESTAFFED bring good hearted workers back the NO WARM GREETING NO FRIENDLY FACES IS REALLY SCARY this is a honest review

I dont know what is going on with this place. This is the 2nd time that i have placed an order for our group on grassroot website and they have messed up the order. This used to be my favorite place to eat when we have meetings, but the service is just not the same anymore. I really hope they take more time to get the orders correct.

Food was good! But i placed an order to be picked up at 1235 at 12pm and they ddnt strt makn it til i arrived and gave me the wrong order! I ordered vegan chilli & got chicken soup! Its a good thing im not a vegan! The soup was good af tho! I understand yall were busy it was the lunch rush! Just plz be more organized! I was on a time crunch thts why i did online pick up order!
