I received a cold sandwich. Thanks for nothing.
Literally the worst bagel I’ve ever had. It was cake like, and the blueberry flavor was the equivalent of fruity pebbles. If I missed my flight and had to stay here in this airport until midnight tonight, this would still be the worst part of my day.
We were thrilled to find fresh food at an airport, although MKE has better choices than many. We had the veggie bagel and it was the perfect thing to take on the plane. My wife is a foodie and she liked it, too. The sweet old lady behind the counter did well. The economy runs on people who show up and do their jobs. I hope they were paying her decently.
What a dud!
Even though they do have toasters, and I asked for toasted. I got a microwaved bagel pretty gross.
I received a fund melt that was basically inedible. Stale AND dry bread and poor quality of tuna made this a gift for the trash recyclable program!
Should have listened to other reviews. Sandwich was mediocre. There was enough chicken for every bite and it was tender. Overall lacked flavor and not enough peppers or Pesto. Not worth $12.
Only redeming stars are employees were nice and service was fast.
All 3 employees were preoccupied entertaining each other and sandwich rock hard.
Tucked in the back of gate D50s, only option four freshly made food under $15. Their wraps are a little over $12 and bagel-wiches $11. Better option than the to go sandwiches sitting on burners/refrigerators that are also $12-13. I was trying to get something with the AA vouchers for $12.
The turkey blt wraps were good. Why I picked the wraps at a bagel store iono 🤦🏻♀️ but still good.
The best part of this place was Chantelle! Super nice and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs! Super thankful and mad shout outs!
Dietary restrictions: Nothing gluten free.
Nothing keto friendly.
Kid-friendliness: It’s pretty much pick up here
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a little thought to get to the counter with wheelchairs

If you’ve been traveling and are starving DO NOT STOP HERE!
Microwaved sandwich so long the cheese was burnt and the bread was hard as a rock!
Stupid QR code based place with a few TV's but can't get anything changed to sports. QR code takes a while. Bartenders are useless.

overly dry bread, too little ham, too little cheese, would have been better off buying a premade sandwich from the fridge. cash register position confusing for customers to queue into a line. not a satisfying experience.

Sandwich melts come "on your choice of bagel" unless you choose one that isn't included that they conveniently fail to mention us a $2 markup ?

The person that rang me up seemed depressed. The bagel tasted like it was from a grocery store. Not terrible but certainly not great.

I had a Bagel (multigrain with cheese). The Bagel was fresh and soft. I liked it very much. I also bought a Bagel from Dunkin at the Washington, DC airport which is a worst one, completely dry, it was not toasted. I do see lot of bad comments about this place in reviews, not sure about the other food items which could have lead to the negative comments. I do see another positive review about the Bagel being good.
