I haven't left a yelp review in about 10 years, but the experience I had at Habaneros was incredibly underwhelming. We first came in May 2021 and thought it was tasty. Today's visit was bland, inauthentic, and EXPENSIVE. Honestly would have had more flavorful food at Qdoba for half the price. To make matters worse, we were essentially ignored by our server and were told that they were "very busy" with a dining room only 1/4 full.

I bought 3 chicken tacos, which came with rice & beans. $18 later, and I’m far from satisfied. The rice was cold/stiff and there was NO FLAVOR anywhere.Best attribute: atmosphere & cleanliness in the front.Likely will NOT return…. Not with my money.

Best table side guacamole I've had in a long time! Yummy food and the service was very friendly. The decor inside also immersed us into Mexican culture, which of course made the meal even better. Very pricey in my opinion, as each entree was no less than $19, but overall not bad for an occasional night out.

We ordered tacos, fajitas and flan to go. The food was prepared quickly and hot. My boyfriend didn't like the tacos, but he's picky and didn't give me specifics. I had steak fajitas. They were delicious, but I was provided with only 3 smaller tortillas. Not nearly enough for the fajita mixture as I was able to make two meals out of that which was a nice sized serving. The flan was topped with a caramel sauce and creamed cheese, but the container was put on top of the hot food so it all melted off. This pretty bland.

TBh, we were hungry; so delicious. Still, the rice was amazing for a chain restaurant. Staff was super helpful and it helped that it was after dinner rush. Nice and spacious seating space.

Super cool spot that unfortunately doesn’t live up to the hype with food.Food:yikes. Unfortunately some of the most bland Mexican food I’ve had in as long as I can remember. The birria tacos simply seemed like shredded beef thrown in a corn tortilla. Not a whole lot of flavor. 2/10 for birria. Everyone else’s food was mediocre. However they did have a $5 margarita special.Service:She was really sweet. Not the best at hearing us out in what we needed but that was ok.Atmosphere:Suuuuper dope spot. This place would be so great for a party. Private or even taking over one side of the venue. If they can get their food right, then they could make a killing here off of large groups. Plenty big TVs and fun colors in a big, energetic space.Plenty parking in a free connected lot.
