It's like someone's house with a liquor license. When you walk in, everyone stops and stares like you just took part in a home invasion. It's kinda funny to be honest. The place smells like a mix of an elks lodge and a funeral home with past water damage, which adds to it charm.However, the drinks are cheap, they have an internet jukebox (that I think is just for display since it's quiet as a church in the place) and the gambling machines reminded me of playing the first atari video game console.So, if you wanna step back in time and make it an early night of drinking, try this place. It's an experience for sure, It's west allis personified.

It was unbelievably hot and humid in there. The Brandy Old fashioned sweet was terrible. I ordered 2 up front. Left right after. Went to Flappers. Much nicer there and amazing old fashionds as always.

Like stepping into my grandpa's basement - wood paneling, old beer signs. Cozy little bar with nice folks and reasonable prices. Had a great time here with friends and had nice conversations with the bartender and a few of the regulars.
