I got the pastrami and the meat was very dry and fatty. It tasted more like someone put some lunch meat on the stove to heat it up. Sandwich wasn’t warm either. I got the additional kraut and sauce but there was no sauce.

Horrible experience!!! I wanted to order by calling in and the guy who answered said he was too busy with happy hour and I had to order online. So I tried to order online and the app it took me to didn’t have Haven as an option. So I called back and told whoever answered that and said could I order on the phone and he said he was too busy with happy hour. Whoa we aren’t coming to this horribly run place!!!!!
