This restaurant was really good at one point but , now it is horrible. I just ordered a combo 3 plate with double shrimp fried rice w/ extra shrimp and sesame chicken, four Hong Kong egg rolls , and a small shrimp fried rice on the side today 4-14-25 when they opened at 11am. I live far from this restaurant and when I got home the sesame chicken didn’t have any sesame seeds on it . It was extremely hard like it was very old , the shrimp fried rice was gross, and my stomach is hurting and I am now not able to leave my bathroom . PLEASE DO NOT EAR HERE ! It is not the same and the food is now low quality and not fresh anymore. It was truly a waste of money which, was $35.67 to be exact.

Awful experience. I got food poisoning I was sick the next day throwing up using the restroom. My son, my mother, and I all got sick. Terrible experience I will not be returning.

Staff is always efficient and friendly.

Was in town for work and this place was close to the motel. Prices are reasonable but the food is subpar. Wonton soup was horrible, too thick and flavorless. They use potstickers, not wontons. Combo plate had generous portions and the pepper steak was ok. Crab Rangoon consisted of almost empty pastry. No filling!? Disappointing.
Having to wait in the drive thru line as the only option for collecting an online order is the dumbest business decision! At least open your lobby for pickup orders. Even if the food was good, I would not return for that reason alone.

This place used to be so 🔥, they took the eggs & vegetables out the fried rice!! And now the egg rolls taste like they made them days ago!! 😭

Don't know what happened but i payed $45.00 for shrimp fried rice shrimp lo mein and Chinese chicken everything thing was horrible!!! I've been going there for years BUT WILL NEVER GO BACK.so prepare to go out of business.dont waste your money

This place sucks! They gave me some burnt veggies egg rolls. When I went to return them them replaced them with some type of mushy ones. And I ordered the shrimp fried rice that had maybe about 5 tiny shrimps in it and the veggies lo Maine that literally had only two pieces of broccoli in it. I’m done! Never eating there EVER again. Can’t wait until they shut that slop joint down. I won’t be cheating on Lucky Lui’s no more. Grass ain’t good on the other side. lol!

The place used to be good, but now, since they only got to drive through it's not good as it was i went there02/17/25.I'll order a medium Chicken Fried rice🤣 rice and that yall it was chicken and rice no vegetables.They gave me a lot of rice and less chicken it had no taste 2 it rice was hard never again I gave it to my dog she didn't even like it 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Having your customers wait in line in the drive through for an online pickup order is silly. When I ordered the food, it said I can pick up my food in 15 minutes. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes after that.

I stopped by the Hong Kong Express 12:30 this afternoon on king Drive and Meineke waited 20 minutes before getting my order sesame chicken and white rice,the chicken and rice was old and dry

Sweet and sour, sesame and Hong Kong chicken had lots of flavor, but the meat was hard and chewy also brown when I bit into it. Rice was hard. It’s 2:30 pm how’s the food old already?
