I don’t know about later at night or on a Friday or Saturday but me and my friend went on a Sunday around 7pm. The bartender was great at coming to us and keeping our drinks full, even though we were seated at a table and not the bar. She was so friendly and kind too. The bathroom was surprising clean and pleasant , not always typical for a bar. Again, this could all be different on a crazy night, but I enjoyed our time there.

Came here last Friday. Asked for a table outside. After waiting ten minutes for a menu I told the server I'd like a beer. She takes my order. Another server asks me if I need any help. I say I'm good. Another ten minutes I get my beer which is pretty much luke warm. Another server takes my order. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes just to get my food order. If it was busy I'd understand but it wasn't busy. My food finally comes. No ever asks me how my food was or if I'd like another drink. When I'm finally done with my food the server then asks me how it was and if I wanted another drink. I've finished my beer 20 minutes ago waiting. Food was okay but the service was terrible and no real concern. I get I'm just one person and you're not going to get a $10 plus tip out of my $27 tab but just a little courtesy instead of ignoring me would isn't much to ask for. It's not like I came at 6 pm at the dinner rush. I came there at 8:20 pm.

Walked about the area in search of something to eat... walked past Hooligan's then walked in. Yummmmmm! Great Staff. Tasty eats & drinks.

Even though Hooligans has two floors, it's still a crowded bar. I recommend the enclosed patio along North Ave, it's quiet and pleasant especially paired with a good drink.

great place hooligans. North ave isn’t what it used to to be. Neither is Oakland, man I miss 2007 Miramar. Best fish fry on the east side at hollihans. My buddy Olsin loves the potato pancakes. Cole slaw is kinda soggy but otherwise the fry wet my whistle. Paired nicely with the down east cider for an overall 4.7/5 oil stars. Cook was wearing a bob marley t shirt looking like a mix between shaggy and Jeremy Allen white from shameless. I was told if you knock on the bar 3 times and say pineapple there would be free drinks but before I knew it there bartender ordered me a shot of malort and a one way ticket to Toledo
