Nice little bar in a prime location. Haven't really drank there much, but I am a very big fan of the food. The sandwiches, soup, wings, and especially the fish fry are all great, and very reasonably priced.Only complaint is that it is a very small place, and seating can be hard to get at peak hours.Parking: Busy area, street parking near the bar is difficult during peak times. There is parking in the area, but you will have to walkWheelchair accessibility: Would be difficult, small place, with a step up to come in

Been here a few times. Food is okay, nothing special. Beer list is pretty good but nothing you can't find anywhere else less than a block away. Service is horrible, the common "I don't want to work" attitude from the staff. Was at a table of 4, on 2nd floor, ordered a beer then before I finished my beer the waitress comes and asks "anything else?" Waits 2 seconds max, then stacks my unfinished beer with my friends and says "I'll grab the check". Easily never coming back here ev

Went to this place in 2018 after a Brewers vs Cubs game. The food was nothing special, but hit the mark for a bar like this. The beer was cold and the layout was nice, but a drunken patron by the name of Patrick kept chatting me up about his "career" as an author. He gave me his number and told me to call him for copies of his books, I didn't bother, but fate brought us together over political protests and now the guy follows me all over twitter calling me Robert, which isn't even my name. None of that is the bar's fault who seemingly have banned him now, but it always reminds me of Hoolies when I see Pat tweeting to "Robert".

Food: 3.7/5: got the chicken tenders, they were good, but not amazing. Fries were pretty good. I'd say the ranch was also tasty Service: 4.5/5: they were quick with my drinks and food. Also seemed to know some people, which is a good sign for a neighborhood bar Ambience 4/5: downstairs was small, I didn't check out the upstairs though. They had college football on all the TVs which was nice. Overall: 4/5. A good local spot with quality service. Id go back to snag some beers. Excited to try it when it's nice out

We went here because they have some outdoor seating. The service was accommodating, nice, and quick! It is a loud street, but it was still nice to be outside. The chairs were not comfortable. Prices for drinks are reasonable, and we were happy to find our beer was $2 off for happy hour (we think until 6pm). We all thought the food was pretty good, but nothing special. The redeeming quality of the chicken tortilla salad was the avocado dressing. I think the best looking meal of everyone's was a buffalo chicken wrap.

Amazing staff and food! Bartenders and waitresses are very nice, always hustling and they treat us well. I've tried several burgers and wraps, as well as their bleu cheese cole slaw and potato salad. All stellar. If I could eat here every day but if I did I'd be fat as a tick.
Delicious food! Staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint... they serve Pepsi and not coke products. ??

There is a reason this is one of the last OG places still standing on North. Food is always delicious, from the burgers to the catfish. Also, it has one of the best bloody marys you can get.

Exactly what you want in a neighborhood bar. The bartenders are all so friendly and really get to know you. They're always down for a round of bar dice. Food is good, great beer list for great prices. They have a huge outdoor area in the summer. Love coming here
