欢喜 Huan Xi Chinese Restaurant

Huan Xi has always got my orders correct. They also consistently have my food ready within 15 minutes. I love their food and the people that work there are always happy, respectful, and attentive. This is my go to take out place!! Give them a try!

Just received an order via Uber Eats. I ordered shrimp fried rice and seafood lo mein. Both were disappointing, lacked flavor and the noodles tasted old. I wish I could get a refund. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Fantastic staff, quick food preparation, and super reasonable prices!! My roommate and I get the “dinner for 3” and then have leftovers for a couple days!

This is the best Chinese takeout place on the upper east side. Good value. Underrated.

Service was extremely fast, probably the fastest chinese takeout ever. Prices were also very reasonable. Food is blah. Had to add packets of soy sauce to give the food any flavor at all. You get what you pay for. Would rather find a buffet than order again.

Family ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, beef fried rice, chicken lo mein, and chicken & broccoli. Everything was disgusting except the chicken & broccoli. $70 wasted on overcooked noodles, funny/rubbery tasting “beef” & “chicken”. Highly dissatisfying.

Hot and sour soup tasted like barbecue sauce and was almost completely undercooked yellow onions. Lo Mein noodles were overcooked to the point of being mush.

Tried calling to explain what had happened with my food because it was just awful, the batter was so crispy you could barely bite through it ! And the shrimp was so dried out it didn’t taste like anything edible , and then when I tried getting a number to send a pic as the woman on the phone wanted she gave me the first three numbers and then started yelling at me for not saying something sooner ! I’m sorry I thought it would get better ! Like I thought it may be a few ! But no absolutely awful, update , decided to try them again , and their delivery service is awful ,, we where told the food would be here at 1:10 we where still waiting at ,1:30 , we got one update in a text that said the delivery driver was on their way at 1:15 and we tried texting and calling the number and no response , we tried calling the restaurant and they said that they didn’t know when she left etc and to try calling her and I told him that she was not responding and just decided to wait a little longer , we never got another response from the delivery driver and in the notes we asked that they call when they got ther to hand us the food , the next thing we get is a message saying food was handed to us , which we never did get it handed to us !!! I went outside and the food was at the curb in the pouring rain , tried calling the restaurant and informed the restaurant and they kept telling us that it was handed to us even though we have cameras!! Absolutely awful service!!!
