I literally just went to Hup's pizza yesterday (March 12, 2024). I ordered a large sausage, mushroom and onion. When I got home the pizza crust was extremely thin, hardly any toppings and it was over-cooked. I called back and they stated they would replace the pizza as long as I brought the previous pizza back. No problem. In addition, the pizza had tons of oregano seasoning on it that I didn't ask for. The female who answered the phone stated that this is their signature taste. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and never had this on my pizza. Their excuse was that they had a new employee and we needed to give him a chance. As a customer I don't need to know if you had a new employee. Train him properly so the outcome of the food is consistent!! I drove through a construction zone to get another pizza. If you go here enter from 54th and villard avenue and watch the huge speed bumps. You must do better!!

Not the Hup's pizza I use to love. Ordered 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage, and 1 cheese pizza. All three were equally discussing. The pizza smelled weird, did not look like Hup's pizza use to look. My son and I both felt sick a few hours after eating, my daughter refused to even taste her cheese pizza. What a waist of $48

Service is fast the pizza is usually great but the last two times I went the pizza was overcooked. I grabbed it on the way to work so I was really disappointed that it was overcooked. The crust was hard and the toppings somewhat dried from overcooking.

I have been coming here for over 30 years and they have never disappointed me. I love that they are fresh and bake the pizza to perfection so that the crust isn't doughy or burnt. I wish that they opened a little earlier so I can have it at lunchtime, but I will take them being open in the evening because it's always been like this and I would assume that this is what continues to make their service great as well as their food. I will continue to patron small business. That is a historical part of the city.

Went here for the first time before GameDay. Everyone in the family loved it. We got a Sausage,Onion, mushroom, black olive and a cheese pizza for the kids.
I remember when this place had amazing pizza family couldn't wait until Friday to order pizza and a move. This last experience was so disappointing For one the pizza crust taste like cardboard dry And u either get a undercooked pizza or a over dry burnt pizza the quality of the pizza has really deteriorated threw this last month if u like tastey dried out pizza this is the place
