Garbage, figure out how take an order. Especially if you order 45 minutes ahead of time. Pick up order too! 🙃

Only one problem , I went in last night to pick up my pizza , and watching one of your workers pulling apart what looked like breadsticks and she wasn't wearing gloves. That's a health code violation. I work in the food industry and we are required to wear gloves when touching food.

Outside neighborhood is slammed with people. Nightclubs, bars and more. Line to get pizza was moving, but was about 20 people to wait to order at 11pm on a Sat night. The slices we purchased, were hot and filled with flavor.

Don't get me wrong, food was decent. Service was fine. But I would never choose Ian's over Brick 3. In terms of fast food pizza, Brick 3 takes the cake! And it isn't even close. It is streets ahead! But Ian's pizza is fine too.

Story Time.

Here's the deal...never would've even gone into Ian's if it wasn't for Red Rock droppin the ball on the burgers. They closed their grill after we already ordered. They didn't tell us we weren't getting our food until we asked an hour later.

And I wouldn't have even considered Red Rock if it wasn't for Brick 3 bring closed at 8 on a Wednesday night. No knock against them for that, I just thought their hours were the same as the weekend (which, on a weekend, nothing hits more than a Brick 3 pizza, and maybe a garlic knot, after midnight. I mean, man it's good).

All in all, if you are craving pizza, go Brick 3, if that is closed, I would suggest Ian's. But don't get your hopes up super high. Like don't expect Brick 3 quality when you walk through the doors.

Ian's may have saved the night tho, hence the 5 star review.

Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk

Ima regulaaa…wanna talk pizza? It’s right here buddy. Been ordering for a while now. Somebody said brick 3 was better? Gave it a shot. Good pizza. But when it comes to Ian’s the flavor is what makes you make that decision to not ever buy brick 3 again. I say with confidence. These taste buds don’t lie pal

I was on Reddit and this restaurant was recommended. We went on uber eats last night and ordered 2 large pizzas. First one was the mushroom pizza and the second pizza was pepperoni and sausage. The pizza was disgusting because literally burnt the bottom of the pizza therefore we kept getting an aftertaste. I made a joke that they didn’t want this first time customer to be a repeat customer. Anyways, decided to leave a review because we were so disappointed after reading reviews on Reddit.

Overall, great pizza and a nice staff! Looks like the upstairs is a little more cluttered than it used to be, but if you like arcade games it's pretty interesting.

I needed a bite after the theatre, and Ian's did carry-out by the slice, so I ordered online, not realizing that the area around them on Water St. between State and McKinley is closed to traffic on Friday and Saturday night due to large crowds. It took forever to get close to it, then a nice police officer let me park and run over. The staff was great and the Margherita pizza was amazing (that crispy, delicious crust!); however, if drunk, high college students are not your vibe or you're just trying to grab quick carry-out, do not go on Friday or Saturday night.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had ordering a pizza. Initially they disclosed the delivery time would be an hour despite my 1 mile proximity to the store, disappointing but understandable. My order did not arrive for 2 hours and 45 minutes and required me calling the restaurant back and reconfirming my phone number 4 times, I love their pizza but this was undoubtedly the worst service I have ever had.

Came in with 2 other people they got their order taken when I went to put mine in they told me to wait and took peoples orders that had come in after me. That’s not a way to run a business

Got delivery. Pizza tasted great. Service was on point. Great lunch spot. I highly recommend taking advantage of order by the slice menu items. Me and my co worker were able to get 4 differently topped slices and drinks. Better than trying to decide on what pie you have to order for the group
