Ian’s Pizza is always a great stop when I’m downtown. They usually have about a dozen different pizzas ready, so there’s something for everyone. The slices are large, and they also offer breadsticks and a rotating selection of specialty pizzas, which keeps things interesting each time I visit.
One of the coolest features is the second floor arcade area — around 12 arcade games, so you can hang out, play, and make it more of an experience rather than just a quick bite.
Parking is something to be aware of: there’s no dedicated lot, so you’ll need to use street parking or one of the paid lots nearby. But the location is extremely convenient — right near Fiserv Forum and the Deer District, making it a perfect stop before or after events.
Always tasty, always fun. Highly recommend!

It is very disappointing how far Ian’s has fallen in quality since their heyday a decade ago. I put in an order for pickup on a not-busy Monday night, took my time arriving (30 min quote, arrived after 45 min) and walked in to a 12 minute quoted wait because the breadsticks I had ordered nearly an hour prior were going to be another wait. On top of the store being out of ranch. (Ian’s with no ranch? Come on.) There was nobody in line, no orders up, and 5 people standing around like dummies.
Absolute clown show, the price this place charges just to give you middle-finger level service is insulting and deeply frustrating. My Ian’s days are officially done.

Ordered full pizza n its like they ran outta cheese there is enough cheese to cover even half the pizza I see more pizza sauce from the top than cheese, they already have just so so quality pizza as it is just got cool toppings beyond that its near impossible to find high quality pizza in mke just cause its expensive as all hell doesn't make it high quality crust or ingredients, I wouldn't take a fre pizza if they offered it just to be disappointed PASS

The pizza was very good, the service was also good. There was no parking and the surrounding streets were blocked off. A lot of college kids around the area. No issues though all good vibes.

The lady at the register was super nice and the food was soooo good 😍 I was confused on the way people order food there because it was my first time in and the employees down where I was supposed to place my order were no help at all, the the cashier lady was super kind and accommodating
My husband is from New York and we visit this place often enough but after this time, not sure if we will be back. This is the third time this has happened to us. When we arrived on Friday we ordered our pizza and they told us it will be ready in a half hour. We went upstairs to wait as we usually do, and came back down after 30 mins only to learn that the ticket “never made it to the back” and they didn’t make our pizza. The guys that make the pizza don’t seem to care at all that they didn’t get the ticket, like it’s not their problem. What makes me upset is there is no empathy from any of the staff when this happens. You’re just out of luck and without food even though you paid and waited for your pizza. This is really disappointing as I don’t love the pizza, but when you’re hungry and order food, you expect it to be done when they say it will be done. We got our refund because we didn’t want to wait another half hour this time. Do better Ian’s - again this isn’t the first time this has happened. Figure out a better process to get your customers their food when they order it.

Great pizza place for if you want to just go in and grab a couple slices also has probably the only good Mac & cheese pizza. There's an arcade upstairs also if you want to distract some kids.

Delivery estimate was already lengthy compared to others in neighborhood but still arrived 30 minutes late. Two pizzas wasted because they sat under a warming light waaaayyy too long. Not cool, Ian’s.

We are from New Jersey. A pizza was banging price was fair. Place was clean. If you're in Milwaukee, give it a try.

When there is an automatic gratuity included on large delivery orders, there is no reason for the food to be more than 15 min late. The $44 that went to gratuity should have secured the delivery time. Our order was 45 min late. If you only have one driver, link up with Door Dash or something. Otherwise, don't mandate a gratuity fee when service is lacking. AND ON TOP OF IT, the order was wrong!
