Went here with my friends and right away when we walked in it had smelled like somebody farted throughout the whole restraunt, we were disgusted but still sat down and ordered our food, our server was nice. But the food had come out all at different times so we didn’t get to eat at the same time, by the time everybody got their food and is nearly done with it, my girlfriend sees a hair in her waffle which disgusted us completely, they did give us a refund for the waffle but made her pay for the rest of her stuff. I would not visit this ihop ever again and I don’t think anybody should either.

I visited the store today at about 12 o’clock . Our server was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, Very polite, And she always came to check on us. But her coworker Mackenzie was so rude and nasty. Our surfer was busy so Mackenzie brought over my eggs and hashbrowns that went with my meal. I’m allergic to eggs and plan to give them to my son so I wanted them on a separate plate. The kitchen put them both on the same plate and they were touching so I asked could they make the hashbrowns over and separate the order due to the reason I’m very allergic to eggs. She then went back to the kitchen and shouted “ This lady is out here saying that she doesn’t want this because they’re touching” I listen to the conversation and she was basically mocking me. I’m sorry that I’m allergic and I can’t have a that upset you. My server was made aware and immediately went and made them separate The two dishes because that’s what I requested from her. The restaurant was kind of Dingy and the Attitude of Mackenzie would make me rethink returning to the store or recommend it to anybody!

I would avoid this location if I were you. Came here Saturday morning, July 19. ( I only add the date to give kudos to the hostess working that morning) There were 4 cars in the lot, thought that was odd for a weekend morning, but once we got inside, we understood why. The hostess was very nice, seated us right away, but we sat for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring us coffee and take our order. (because with all the time we had to wait, we already knew what we were going to order) A few minutes later, a couple was seated in the booth behind us, and within a minute, a waitress came and took their drink order. I looked at the person I was with and said, 'If she walks past us without asking if we've been helped, we're walking out.' Well, she walked past us, never saying a word, and we got up and left. Again, the hostess was very apologetic and sweet. It's too bad the rest of the people who worked there weren't as concerned about the customers as she was. All in all, this location, terrible!!

Not happy with the service and the time to serve us the food for an 8-person table. Hot inside, doors open. Wait 20 minutes for the table and another 20 minutes to get a glass of water. Not recommended, at least for more than 4-person tables.

The AC is broken, no cold air inside at all. Then after waiting for 20 mins we got seated and the waitress was nice we placed out order then she comes and said the kitchen told her they ran out of crepes….. really? IHOP you don’t supply your chains properly?

It seems this location is struggling with keeping the restaurant staffed. There was a single waitress doing her best to serve morning customers when I was there in June 2025, and the week prior the restaurant was closed in the AM during business hours - presumably due to staffing issues. I hope they get that straightened out as the food is still pretty good and so is the environment.

Had a spider on my plate in my food. The back of the house staff thought it was funny to serve bugs on plates. Food took 40 min with only 3 tables filled in the whole place. Servers just played in the back near the kitchen out on the floor. Like others have said, the server only came back once and was disinterested in working. Floors were sticky. No tables were being wiped down, just people on the floor in a booth sitting and joking. They had dirty tables. The front counter by cashier was dirty. Everything in this place was dirty. The manager gave my meal free, which I did not finish. The manager and staff need training. This location needs to be shut down and restaffed. Do not eat here ever. Too bad this location just a couple of years ago was fantastic. Now it is just poorly run. Eat there 6/19 at 1 pm. Very poor staff service.

So this Father’s Day, I went inside and let me tell you something. The vibe wasn’t there. They sent me across a family and I just was getting my menu when their food arrived. The guy had moldy toast and the lady behind me had a ROACH 🪳 in her food with HAIR in her eggs …Let me tell you something when I saw those two orders came out for those people. That was a CLEAR WAKE UP CALL ☎️ for me ….I didn’t even wait one second to place an order I upped and RAN out that place and will never come back to this place. That is absolutely disgusting The Milwaukee health department needs to shut this place down and reevaluate all their employees For letting food to be served out to the public like this. Save your time and money. This is absolutely disgusting.
