I don't know how this branch is still in business. My family and I went there for breakfast. We waited for 45mins and never got seated even though there were several empty seats. Apparently the place is understaffed. Spoke to two different waiters who both couldn't help. Delivery drivers who had come there to pick orders were vert frustrated. One of them suggested that we go to a Dennys nearby. We went there and were promptly served. This branch just made Denny's gain a new customer.

Poor service experience. My order was ready, yet I was repeatedly asked to wait without explanation. The lack of communication and efficiency was disappointing and showed little respect for customers’ time.

Waited longer than expected to be seated, even though there were only a couple of other parties in the restaurant. The overall space appeared unclean, floors had food and debris, and the bathrooms were not well kept.

We also had to send back a coffee cup due to visible lipstick on it, which was disappointing. The experience wasn’t terrible, but cleanliness issues definitely took away from the visit.

I’d start by saying I’VE NEVER HAD NASTY IHOP! The food was disgusting! My pancakes were burnt! My steak omelette was terrible! My husband had steak tip they were extremely chewy! The dishes were DIRTY! The table was DIRTY WE HAD TO SWITCH TABLES! The staff all looked as if they were under the influence! I’ll NEVER BE BACK!

When we walked in this morning, it was COLD in there. my husband happened to walk by the thermostat and it said that air conditioning was on and the temperature was 50°. We had our coats on the whole time while eating. I ordered a hot chocolate
just to keep my hands warm. By the way that was delicious. My husband had the crêpes and I had a stack of blueberry pancakes. Both were really good. Unfortunately, because there was no heat I am giving this a bad review.

It is freezing inside this location. The heating is clearly broken, and it doesn’t seem like the owner has any intention of fixing it. I genuinely feel bad for the workers — no one should have to work in conditions this uncomfortable. Go elsewhere!

It was horrible, worst experience at a restaurant experience, not only were the onions raw but the steak bites were too. The hash-browns were cold like frozen on the inside and I am sad because this is a place is somewhere I used to love. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Environment wise there were kids jumping on the top of the booths and climbing on the wood parts. And the cooks were gossiping in Spanish loud not knowing I am fluent.

HORRIBLE place!!! Stood, waiting to be seated or for any forms of acknowledgement. Many staff working. Poor doordash workers were waiting even longer. This place needs to be shut down. We finally left after a long wait.

Came in yesterday 11/21/25 what a dive this place has become . Walked in lobby floors are as black as my shirt . Tables we’re dirty, dishes still sitting on them the floors under the tables just as disgusting as the tops . To top that off food wasn’t that great and we learned our favorite cook quit . If we knew she quit we would have never sat down and ate. It definitely explains why the food wasn’t that great . Over all biggest disappointment was learning our favorite cook is gone . We regularly come on Monday’s just to have her BLTs and now we will have to go somewhere else . What a disappointment

I’ve been getting takeout from this spot for a while now, and I have to say, whenever I’m craving eggs, nothing hits the spot quite like their food. The eggs are always cooked perfectly and taste absolutely amazing—honestly, it’s the best thing in the world when that craving strikes. And don’t even get me started on their hash browns… crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive. Every meal I’ve had from here has been delicious, satisfying, and totally worth it. Highly recommend!

The service has never been spectacular here, but I just walked in to an almost empty restaurant (there was one table with customers) at 6:45pm. I saw one employee cleaning tables when I walked in. She went to the back without saying a word when I came in. I stood at the entrance for ten minutes without seeing another employee. I would have spent my money here, but instead I just left and went across the street to Qdoba.

Smells like an outhouse inside here. And I have been waiting over 30 minutes to pick up a to go order without anyone even speaking to me. Whoever is in charge of this franchise location needs to pay a personal visit .
