Lovely intimate dinner on a Friday night- indoor rooftop views overlooking Fiserv forum. Service was prompt and attentive, food exceeded expectations. I’d suggest making reservations, as this place is rather small (in a good way) and definitely busy at dinner time.

So over priced and over rated it's sad. Tables are too close and it's too loud. The foods better at the olive garden. Kilwaukee high taxes and high crime when you leave. Not sure why downtown (alleged high end) MKE doesn't have actual quality food? Your paying for a view and a Instagram opportunity that's it.

Fantastic place to go to for dinner, especially before a Bucks game! We frequently go to restaurants and consider ourselves very selective. The service we received from Monica the hostess and our waiter Alejandro was superb! The general manager George was amazing and spent his time coming to our table to check in on our experience. Il Cervo has easily become one of our favorite places to dine!

This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have visited this restaurant four times before, but this visit completely changed my opinion. My reservation was at 6:30 pm, and our food did not arrive until 8:00 pm. We had to ask twice for our drinks; the first order took nearly an hour to arrive. We ordered another drink, were charged for it, and never received it. No one took responsibility, and there was no apology or attempt to fix the situation. The service was disorganized, careless, and unprofessional. At this point, it felt like we were being ignored, and I can’t help but wonder if we were treated this way because we are Hispanic. Customers should not have to beg for basic service. Very poor service. I will not be returning.

Huge disappointment! Very over priced for the QUALITY and quantity of food. 9 people in our party, and a limited New Year’s Eve menu. That makes sense, but the table behind us had pizza? Not a choice on the limited menu.
No one was complimentary of their food.
We were here at Il Cervo last year for New Year’s Eve and really enjoyed it but we won’t be back.
When you pay over $300 for a limited menu dinner for 2, you expect better, much better.
To top of that disappointing meal, we paid to valet park 2 cars. They took all of the info but failed to enter it into the system so they couldn’t find the keys. It took a good amount of time to get that figured out.
Made the mistake of coming for the new years celebration. We were there last year and it was good. Tonight was a huge disappointment. Although the menu sounded good, the courses were boring and low quality. Prices were high, which would have been fine if the food was good. The food was served barely warm, tiny portions of uninspired poor quality dishes. Will never make the mistake of visiting again.

Excellent food, the taste, the quality and the presentation was done very well.
The menu options were not very expansive.
The ambiance was exceptional.
The service was good, I have seen servers go above and beyond and I did not get that feeling.
We Sat in a booth but the tables were far from the seated booth it made for an uncomfortable seating my someone who is shorter. If your 6' or taller you will be fine, but the booth is awkward.

Anastasia was our waitress and she was amazing! We had a large group and ordered quite a bit of food and drinks. She helped make the evening wonderful for everyone. The food is fantastic, the drinks are delicious. It can be a bit loud in the restaurant. If you go during the warmer months, sit outside and enjoy the view.
