Cookies are always fresh and delicious. And they taste like actual homemade cookies! The options for ice cream are great as well. The staff are very friendly and don't rush you to make a decision.

I ordered a deluxe 4 pack of the chocolate peanut butter cup. I wish I would've taken a picture of the entire box, but I had already given my son his. The cookies had little to NO chocolate peanut butter cups on them. Not to mention, I specifically asked for my cookies to not be left on the porch and handed to me in the delivery notes, instead, they were left in the porch. If I could take my 20% tip back I would & if I wasn't so tired from traveling all day, I would be returning these cookies. That's the only reason I had them delivered in the 1st place, because I was jet lagged, had a craving and wanted the cookies that ended up tasting nothing like they usually do all because 2 of the cookies had no chocolate peanut butter cups on them and the other had barely none. Also, if you look at the size of the cookies, I think the ones with less chocolate peanut butter cups look like the classic peanut cookies and not the deluxe at all, though I paid for Deluxe. & Oh, those 2 tiny scoops of ice cream that was almost $7, don't bother wasting your money. $39 wasted.

The lady working the counter at 2:18PM on 9/02/24 needs an attitude adjustment or have her working in the back so shes not interacting with customers. she needs more service training. not friendly at all. -___-
I tried to give these fools another chance and they screwed up YET AGAIN! dont waste your time on this place whether its in person OR DELIVERY because they mess up every time and try to pretend like its your fault even though you have proof and screenshots that you entered and put in everything correctly on your end.

The delivery time is beyond misleading, it estimated 20-30 minutes, but ending up being delivered in 57 minutes. The cookies also weren’t warm. I still support Insomnia Cookies, but it’s better if they are picked up from this location rather than via delivery.

The worker here tonight was exceptionally rude; rolling her eyes at us, slamming the cookies trays down, slamming the refrigerators in the back. We were very nice and trying to be understanding. Will not be back due to this unprofessional behavior

The ice cream cookies were so delicious and the seller gave me super good advice.
The cashier was very patient while I looked over the menu. The service was pretty good…and I got my order pretty quickly. Cookies tasted AMAZING!!!!!! It was also a very clean location. I recommend.

I went there on 4.28.24, and when I walked in, there were 2 people in front of me and only one worker. I was waiting about 20 minutes before it was my turn to order. Then I was told to wait while the worker went and checked his phone in the back.. he came back after some time and took my order. I pulled out a $20 bill, and he said they don't accept cash. When did cash, legal tender, stop being accepted at businesses? It's not like it was a $50 or $100 bill. My change would have been $4.25. I did not have my wallet on me, and I don't keep my cards or any form of payment on my phone. I left with nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The cookies were good but we had multiple orders and the guy shorted us two cookies, we went back in to get the cookies but the guy had an attitude about it, accusing us of being dishonest. They only had one guy working during a rush. We won't come back there again.
