I came in around 7 o’clock and the employee on duty during the day was leaving after taking care of the customers in front of us. She looked at us rolled her eyes and walked away didn’t even attempt to acknowledge us. Meanwhile the amazing (closing)employee in the back said you’re not even gonna help them ? She goes no my shift is over in the most disrespectful way. Poor closing employee said she’s only been here an hour and her night has been rough. This girl deserves better than that disrespect. She looked sad and nobody deserved that. Dessert was great tho.

I went in at about 9:30PM to get 2 blondie brownies with ice cream. The cashier was not very helpful. They said they no longer did ice cream even though it was advertised on the board. With 4 employees working, I would expect the brownies to be soft and warm, but they were extremely hard and cold, like bricks. This was my first time at Insomnia cookies so I'm really disappointed on wasting $10.
