Person didn't know how to do a gift card or didn't know how to do in store promotions. Didn't ask anyone just blew us off. Terrible service just walked out with out getting anything.

While the cookies are decent, the service is nonexistent.
I made an online order and went inside to pick it up. As I walked in, the employee had an AirPod in and was speaking on the phone to someone. I wasn’t greeted, but I still said hello. I received no response from the employee. I then stated I had a pick up order, and gave my name. The employee still didn’t respond and simply walked away to the back of the store. She then came back out and handed me the box and immediately walked away. While not the biggest offense, this is definitely rude and unprofessional.
Maybe the phone call was important to her, but as someone who previously worked in customer service roles, the lack of basic etiquette is strange and off putting to me. It truly is not difficult to give a quick “hello” or “goodbye.”

Absolutely love the cookies from here!! Bought a 4x4 box and we barely made it home because we kept reaching in the box for the cookies. I will definitely be coming here again!! ?

The level of rudeness and condescension by the male employee was disgusting. The credit card machine wasn't working (apparently it hasn't worked for 5 days!) his comment was " READ the sign on the door" when I asked if I could pay with cash. We were told then to "order online" however when we tried we kept getting an error message when trying to do that for this location however we were not offered any assistance just again we were met with attitude and rudeness. I had brought my 6 year old granddaughter in for a treat and she was really disappointed but I was more disappointed by his rudeness. When I told him that I understood but a little kindness in the approach would have really helped he stormed off and started throwing things around towards the back of the establishment. Thankfully his female coworker was much more understanding. We still left without cookies and the thought we'd likely never go back to that location.

Yummy...we went with a few classic cookies and they were delicious!
The peanut butter and sugar weremy favorites. Crunchy edges but a nice soft center...they were perfect. I look forward to going back again.

Amazing cookies and crazy cool ice cream colors and flavors. This is the bottom half of my classic cookie'wich. I chose PB cookies and PB Ice cream! Excellent!
