Typically, when I visit Insomnia Cookies, I receive cold cookies. However, today, the attendant at the counter was exceptionally courteous. I shared my experience with her, and she graciously provided me with additional cookies. It is commendable that such exceptional customer service is available. We should strive to emulate individuals like her.
It's a place that serves COOKIES... Why would you complain?
they normally are super good but I waited over 30 mins to get my order which was wrong. I asked about the triple chunk and they were in the oven so I ordered 2 classic chocolate chip,2 oatmeal rasin, and two sinckerdoodle. After ordering I received 4 chocolate chunk cookies. I also tried asking multiple times if the triple chocolate were done by the time I was finished waiting and I was ignored
Cookies were good. Service was nice.
Employee is lying to our face. The bathroom is not closed. She just doesn't want paying customer to use the bathroom. Please fire her.

The main reason I gave Insomnia Cookies a 5 star is because of Travis, Bre and Nell. Everyone was knowledgeable and hospitality was through the roof!! All three of these hard working individuals deserve a raise!! It’s hard to find people who enjoy their job and I can tell that you all have some keepers!! This was my first time here and I will be back!! Thank you all sooooooo much and I greatly appreciate the hospitality!!
Zero customer service and all the employees look like they hate life. Even with 15~ customers in the store one of the employees was standing behind the counter on his phone. $4+ for a pint of milk. Cookies are good but prepackaged brownies were disappointing. One visit and I can tell the only reason this place is still open is because location, location, location, that and its open late.
