Kristie was so amazing and helpful. The best customer service. The cookies here are nice and inventive and the jelly donut cookie was not too sweet and the mint in the double chocolate mint was not too overpowering. If you want a decent cookie come here and see

Never received my order, called they said they sent it out. Over 2 hours since then and ive still yet to receive my order. Ive called 6 times since then and no one has picked up the phone. I spent over $20 on 5 cookies just to not receive them? Completely unacceptable.

I come here often and the last two times I ordered cookies here it was hard BOTH times. This time the snickerdoodle tasted like it could’ve been in contact with some cleaning solution it didn’t taste safe to eat. I hope they can do something to better improve this location, like why is the cookie quality going down hill here. Also, how are you storing your cookies it doesn’t taste fresh like it used to. Waste of money and very disappointing. I tried the one on the east side it was a lot better but this location is closer to me. I hope there’s some improvements soon.

Employees had zero idea what was going on. Walking around, standing around, looking confused. It took 10 minutes to pick up my togo order that had clearly been ready or so I thought. Got home to found out my 6 pack got turned into a 5 pack!

My delivery was supposed start time said to be 5:30 it’s now 5:50 and my driver is way past my house doing who knows what and I am very dissatisfied with this type of service. When I ask for ASAP I am not asking for whenever the driver wants! Also the delivery time from when I’m posting this went from 5:30 to now 6:10 who knows how much longer it’ll be for my food to arrive. This is terrible.

Stopped in here and politely ordered cookies. The employee said some cookie flavors were out but I could not hear or remember all of them (as there multiple) and when I asked for one she had said was out, I was met with attitude and hostility. I tried telling her I couldn’t remember all of them and she just spoke over me. I don’t know that I’ve ever received such poor customer service. This was my first time at insomnia and I will not be returning.

Bri . C customer service sucks she’s poor at explaining deals. She didn’t offer a deal when we were asking about purchasing particular specialty cookies and classic cookies once I asked her about it and then we tried to bundle it. She was like irritated. Maybe Saturday is a good day for her if she doesn’t have great customer service skills her spirit was not upbeat. It was not a welcoming environment up on entering it.

I usually do not make complaints about service because I know how difficult the job can be. I worked for baskin Robbin’s for years!
But on September 29th around 6:30 the employees at the downtown location refused to scoop ice cream- it’s a Saturday night, and there’s an event going on downtown with lots of families and kids. There was still a ton left, they weren’t having any issues with supplies or anything. So to have the employees just up and refuse to scoop ice cream and in general being very rude, passive aggressive, sighing, eye rolling and just bad customer service? It is a very bad look! I’d like someone to look into this!!! I get it, customer service is a hard job, but do your job. It isn’t something you can choose to do or not do. When you go to work? Work or call out if you won’t do everything that is required of you!

Lazy and rude employees. Had a friend go inside to order their special, and one of their female employees gave false information. My ended up going to the store on North Ave. this location always has employees that don’t have customer service skills.

Parking: Free street parking after 6pm or 9pm, paid parking lot is across the street.

Placed a pickup order days in advance, only to walk in the door 10 minutes prior to pickup and was told they were just starting the order. Never offered any compensation or anything more than "sorry for the wait"
