I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

First off this is CHILI’S and they dead wrong for this chicken . I ordered a 8 piece traditional wing and they sent me a 8 piece dinosaur ankle. The chicken was so big . You don’t do nobody like that yall dead wrong !

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Meh at best. Wings were ok, service was a joke, handed me my order then I waited 10 min for a ranch that was on my order. Thanks for the warm ranch with my cold wings. How is this place still in business when a good wing restaurant could have that prime location. If you're desperate it'll do. Make sure to drastically lower your expectations.

I ordered delivery. The chicken skin was floppy and the meat didnt pull off the bone.the bones were black.
Good was supper plain didn’t taste like nothing ! Hot wings was HOT hot an didn’t really have any sauce! 0/10 do not recommend! An ranch was supper watery

They had my order wrong. I wanted bone in they gave me boneless. Didn’t give me the correct sauces. Also missed a dipping sauce. Tasteless. Should have listened to the negative reviews but gave it a chance anyway.

I took my daughter to this Chilis as it is 5 minutes from her house and we really like Chilis (except this one). We ordered an appetizer of cheese fries and each of us a steak. All of our food came out at once, the cheese fries were overcooked and dried out, our medium rare steaks we very well done. The waitress was shocked about the steaks as she wrote down medium rare. She had the manager come over and he did not seem to care about the steaks, we did not even comment about all food arriving at the same time and the cheese fries way overcooked. He did offer us 10% off however the steaks were not edible , so the 10% was nothing. I contacted corporate and they brushed me off with a generic letter stating the will notify the district manager and I have not heard anything from them and it has been over a week.
