The food was hot and fresh but we did have to wait a bit. I'd suggest ordering ahead it seemed to be the trend. We tried the catfish, fried chicken, fries, and fried green tomatoes. Unfortunately, the fried green tomatoes were a bit disappointing and flavorless, but the rest of the meal was really good. The chicken and fish were crispy and juicy. Although the dining area didn't quite live up to our expectations, so we decided to take our food to go instead.

The chicken clearly was made the day before and refried. The catfish tasted like swai which I'm sure that it was. I just moved here from Chicago and the quality of the food was absolutely atrocious. This will not deter me from going to any other j&j fish restaurants, but I will never go back to this one

The last time I was there, I got the fish and fries. I paid $1.19 for a can of 12 oz soda that was shown as $1 on the menu board. It was a 7 ounce kiddie can of soda. Not going back. This is the Midwest. We don't like being ripped off.

Will never receive another penny from me ever!!! Went there today to feed my family.Ordered a twelve piece catfish fillet , fried hard and a twelve piece chicken wing came up to about $60. I should have known better when he handed me my food I was on my way out the door and then I remembered I had a drink that came with my order, so I turned back around and asked for my drink. Once I got home, I opened my food and begin to make plates for my kids that's When I realized there was only eight pieces a fish and twelve wings , I called the company back to let them know that my order was short.I was told by the guy on the phone that was in Impossible and he hung up on me when I call back.No answer.
I have been here several times since I live in the Brown Deer area and never have had an issue. What would I get out of calling and complaining?? Customer service terrible they will never get my business again
