Awful experience. Host hiding behind the host stand on her phone and looked like she didn’t want to be seen or bothered to seat anyone or give them a menu. Service was abysmal. Couldn’t hear her and she doesn’t listen (didn’t order an additional beer and brought one anyway to up the bill). The menu is beyond confusing (what is a champion vs challenger with no explanation of what either entail) unless you want to scan tiny QR codes at the bottom. Need to ask for a burger menu and they have No mushrooms or Swiss to top the burgers. Korean Nashville chicken sandwich was not flavorful and came out freezing cold. Got no service before ordering the food, but the server could not help but come over every 5 minutes after the food came out to try and get the check and force us out after saying we were going to stay and watch the game. Bloody Mary is no good and you pay plenty for a lackluster amount of toppings. Just an awful way to get charged over $150. Not a good place to grab a bite.

If I lived in Milwaukee, I fear I’d be a regular at Jack’s! Super friendly bartenders and great service. The shuttle to the Brewers game was so convenient too.

Food was good for bar food, but we waited a full hour for a burger. Could not tell what the issue was, but neither server nor manager put any effort into updates or resolving it until we said we were leaving. There are way too many other and better options on Brady for a pub to have that poor of operations. No reason to go back.
