A true supper club (minus that reservations are required). Small, quaint, simple, but outstanding food.
We had the shrimp and escargot to start.
The crab bisque soup was excellent.
NY Strip, Chilean Sea Bass & tournedos (steak) - all were cooked to perfection. Meat was tender and juicy. The tournedos were cooked well done, NY strip was medium.
We had vanilla bean crème brûlée (THE BEST), keylime pie (also phenomenal), lava cake & flourless cake.
Olivia was our server - she was great.
Overall - highly recommend. We drove 2.5 hours to come here. And would do it again and again.
Highly recommend!
Make sure you make a reservation.

Great table service, salad, parmesan dressing, steak, au jus, garlic mashed potatoes, brandy old fashioned, and ambiance. Bob Uecker shrine, Brewers and Packers emphemera, retro bar, 10/10 stars.
Kevin our server was awesome and attentive. Thank you for making the dining experience lovely.
The inside is very small and outdated but it was nice and cozy.
Great steak and the flavors were good :)

The atmosphere and the cook on the steak was good but the quality of the cut was fairly low. I don't think I'll go back.

Recently, for the first time going to The Jackson Grill, we had a great time. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food was out of this world. We had a rib-eye steak, escargot, and Scallops. All I can say is, it was all delicious! The service was awesome. The server was very helpful with the questions we had. We will be back.

First of all, whoever I walk in and see an Aviation cocktail on the menu I know I’m in the right place. The bar offerings and the service was top notch. The food was divine - don’t hesitate with the crab bisque - the New York strip and Chilean sea bass excelled.

Kind of a quiet and small supper club with outstanding food! Started with a good, dry martini. The crab bisque was rich with plenty of crab meat. Salad was fresh with a tasty peppercorn dressing. Steak was thick, perfectly prepared and delicious. The highlight for me was the Chilean Sea Bass. Tender and juicy with a light flavored crisp on the outside. Amazing!! It's a special place and we'll definitely be back.
The food was excellent. I took my husband for his bday and he loved the steak. I had the Chilean sea-bass, so tasty.

UNDERSTAFFED, INATTENTIVE SERVICE, MEDIOCRE FOOD, SMALL PORTIONS, HUGE BILL
On a recent weeknight we visited the Jackson Grill with another couple. The dining room and bar were empty upon our arrival. As there was no bartender behind the bar, we opted to be seated at our table. Our server brought us menus. She then went and stood by the bar. We had to get her attention to place a drink order and ask for waters. The menu was conspicuously missing depiction of the entrees such as the size and number of scallops, the ounces of the steaks, etc. Two other tables trickled in and seemed to take priority over ours. Although our drinks were served to us, we were third to place our dinner order. Salads were a nice variety of greens however was not cut to bite sized pieces making it difficult to consume, not to mention to try to have a conversation. The thimble of dressing (chosen from their limited options) was served on the side and was unremarkable. One small sectioned bread-stick sized loaf of bread was brought to our table of four – seriously? The constant thread that ran throughout our dinner was that our needs were never anticipated. We had to flag down our server to ask for more bread, the butter dish was empty, did she bring more with the bread – no, we had to ask and wait again. We again had to flag her down to order more drinks. It seemed she preferred standing at the bar instead of tending to diners. The entrees were small portioned as were the sides. The boxed garlic mashed potatoes were underwhelming. Our filets were grey around the edges indicating they were put back on the grill after their initial grilling - the cardinal sin to a grilling a filet. Waters were not refilled until the bill hit the table at the end of our dinner. With a bill well over $300, no one in our party had anything to bring home and our wallets and stomachs were empty. Supper Club - NOT! Fine dining – NOT!
From the time we walked in until the time we left, everything was perfect. This was our first visit to The Jackson Grill. The bartender greeted us and immediately served us some tasty & refreshing cocktails. Our server explained the daily specials and took our order. The appetizer looked & tasted fantastic. Our main coarse was perfect in presentation and delicious. Both the bartender and the server stopped by our table to ascertain if everything was to our satisfaction, which it absolutely was. We highly recommend The Jackson Grill, and will be returning customers in the near future.

Loved the experience. Great ambience, wonderful service and delicious food! Reasonably priced. Good place for a date night or intimate gathering with friends.
We had an excellent experience. Friendly wait staff and great service. It oddly wasn't busy when we went which is not the norm. Shrimp appetizer was amazing. Dinner was excellent. 5 stars!
