Jackson's Soul Food Redefined Express

I’ve only had one plate which was pork chops, collard greens, and yams, but it was absolutely delicious. It’s very hard to satisfy everybody when it comes to Soul Food, but this was extremely good and I think if you order the same, you would be highly pleased!

I enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been waiting on the Turkey leg and I was not disappointed. Meat was moist and tender. Macaroni and cheese was cheesy and yams were sweet like I like em.

Hi… the cashier was professional, the packaging was good.
I tried to order the Jerk Roll, Philly roll and Italian Beef roll. The Italian Beef was not available.
Being a new customer I wanted to patronize… the dressing wasn’t on the menu but I asked about it.
For $6.13 I got a sample that was poor in taste and poor in quantity, if 4 ounces.

This was my 1st time here and the food was amazing, I'll definitely be back. I forgot her name but I think it's Jackie, she was so nice, polite and friendly, thank you again!!!

The wait was Long and I was Door Dashing so im sure they had a heads up I was coming...... service was bad, had to wait at the speaker for a while for someone to to say something.

I really didnt care for the food I had smothered fried ribs .the gravy with white and thick .The food wasn't very tasty i had to Dr the food up my food is the darker gravy 😫

Chicken Wings were cooked throughly and the Jerk Egg Roll was immaculate. Don’t understand the bad reviews here. Windows were clean, the establishment was presentable with excellent landscaping.

Walk up and order at the window it was different, but the food was good, my pork chop was cooked a little too hard for my taste, but the rest of my meal was ok.

I had high hopes for this place because it looks so nice. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I had the jerk eggrolls and a plate with fried chicken and two sides. The bag was sopping wet with grease, it seemed as if they just pulled it out of the grease and dropped it in the bag. Same with the chicken- extremely greasy. The sides were mediocre. Not only was the food disappointing, but the service was horrible. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through the music was blasting loud. The lady at the window was rude, and un-informed. I asked her multiple times what kind of meat what in the Philly eggroll, to which she responded to me “it’s Philly meat” repeatedly , even when I tried to clarify 3 times is it chicken or steak, being that a Philly is just a style of sandwich.

Absolutely Mediocre food that tastes like it came out of a can. Service was mediocre as well. I've tasted great Soul food and this AINT it!

The food was not good at all. Paid $5.99 for a side of Mac & Cheese, it was pretty small and didn't take good at all. Ordered a 5 piece wing combo and it was terribly cooked, had to take it home and put.it in the air fryer to make it a little crisper. Fries were bland and soft, those needed to be put in the air fryer as well. Overall, I will give it a 2 out of 10, after putting things in the air fryer. Otherwise, without the air fryer a 1 out of 10. I will not visit again.

I did a uber eats order and when thr food arrived iy was cold and the mac and cheese was dry. I tried to give them another chance since they opened a new location. I call before I went and was told they close at 10pm. When I arrived in 3min no one came to the speaker at the drive thru, so I tried to walk in and doors were locked. Never agian!!!

Waited for 15 minutes in drive thru that was not moving. Decided to go in to only see staff locked inside starting to go to drive thru!!!! Menu seems very affordable had to go to JJ's, wanted Soul food.
