The staff is always courteous and professional. The wait time is never long, and food is always on point. It's hard finding an authentic place like this in Austin, Tx.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a delivery order which was delivered through instacart. To start, our ENTIRE order was wrong. We ordered 4 chicken tacos with cilantro... we received 4 chicken tacos with lettuce and tomato. The chicken was dry and the tomatoes were soggy. We also ordered 4 al pastor tacos, and received steak. The steak was beyond dry and 2 of the bites were white blobs of fat. We didn't even finish any of the tacos. Never again will we go here! I have no idea how people are saying they had great food!

I love Jalisco's! I grew up on Jalisco's! What I love is the delicious food, the customer friendly staff who work there, and the food is always ready to go for Door Dashers!! I also love that there on top with making sure orders are confirmed ??
Parking: There's a spacious parking lot on the side of the building from Jalisco's that's always convenient,free,and available. There's also parking on the street but busy with no parking during the day hours.
Kid-friendliness: Jalisco's is friendly to everyone!

Absolutely no frills, but this is some good eats. I had the enchiladas with green sauce and it did not disappoint. A touch salty, but otherwise a delicious and filling meal.
There was no indoor seating and it was takeout only.
