On Monday, 1/12/26, I came in and immediately noticed an uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff member was taking down chairs when I walked in. There was no greeting at all—just a stare. I was allowed to approach the counter, but she did not stop what she was doing. I stood there for about two minutes before she finally came to the counter.
When she did, I ordered an acai bowl, and she responded by saying, “Oh, we don’t have any fruit.” This interaction occurred at 8:25 AM. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, especially since fruit is a core component of the item. The interaction felt dismissive and rude.
I returned on 1/15/26 at approximately 8:21 AM, and unfortunately, it was the same staff member and a repeat experience. Again, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, even though she was already behind the counter. I ordered the acai bowl, and there was complete silence throughout the transaction. When the bowl was finished, it was handed to me without a bag, no utensils were offered, no napkins, and not even a thank you.
I have never experienced customer service like this at a Jamba Juice before. The consistent lack of basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism made both visits very unpleasant. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this location does not reflect the standard I expect from the brand.

Whoever made my smoothie today did the worst job ever it taste like chopped ice and that's all. These smoothies aren't cheap! Wish I was the one who picked it up I would've never paid for melted chop ice!! Just horrible. Please make sure everyone is trained the same. We pay good money there all the time!

Walked in on 7/27 at around 18:40, we were ordering food and smoothies, and the workers had terrible attitudes and were very unwelcoming. When someone was walking to the bathroom, in a very rude manner, the two workers said that person was not allowed to use the bathroom.

Came here 6/8 at 1:19pm to pick up an online order. The staff did not have my order ready and then made my açaí bowl incorrectly. When I told her she responded “well I can just refund you cause that was a waste of my time.” Another employee made my bowl while the rude lady complained.

We had lunch and wanted to get some good juice afterwards. So I came here to get it. The smoothie I got was not good... Too acidic and tasteless. Also, my wife needed to use the restroom but they said it was not open to the public. They didn't have any tables or seats. I don't recommend this place.
Ordered ahead and order was supposed to be ready at 1:05… I’m an easy guy to please as I am a business man and I know things happen. However at 1:30 they had me a bag w out all my food and I had to wait another 5 mins for a smoothie. They weren’t sorry and def rude. If you can’t handle a rush at “lunch time” maybe hire more employees.

I have been coming to this Jamba Juice for some time as I am a Jamba Juice fanatic, however today was the first day coming in to the building to place an order as I was asking the workers to help me understand the ordering process for the yummy bowls when wanting to substitute…the 2 gentleman’s I didn’t catch their names &’ their line doesn’t ring for me to be able to call &’ ask for their names…however the girl that is there with a hijab was very nasty &’ rude! The way she had her slick little comments she should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job ruining other peoples day who come in this early! It is too early for you to be that miserable bookie! But other than that thank you for the service of the two wonderful black men that helped me. If I am able to get their names I will update my post. Update the 2 amazing gentlemen’s where Jared &’ Derek &’ today amazing team under Mari who is the G.M.

Love jamba juice wish they all made the smoothies the same tho 😋🤣🤣🤣 I don't even know his name but they have one employee there that never fails with the blend lbvs!! Gotta catch him tho 😅 I wished he worked everyday but yea everyone needs a day off!! Hahaha great service excellent choices 😋
