Very Horrible experience. Service was poor. When we first arrived we had to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. Once we finally was addressed for service the cashier was trying to make us pay for VIP section in order to do unlimited bowling, which I knew he was lying. The cashier finally told the truth and let us know unlimited bowling was 30 dollars a person. I tried ordering a pizza but I was ignored. I suspected the men working here wasn’t trying to help me because I was black. I s en them helping all white people. Then our bowling lane started to have technical difficulties. Nothing was going good. The service was horrible. The food was horrible. The music was horrible The lanes was horrible. Everything was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go there.

So a few friends and I decided to do something special for valentine day and go bowling (a very wisconsin thing to do). The reviews looked good for this place. They were wrong.

We started by ordering food and drinks off the QR code. The one staff member at the bar did not know how to make a margaritas and had to find another staff member to do so. And even then it was made incorrectly and missing an add on. The other drinks didn't get to us till well into the meal. They did not have one of the drinks we ordered and we were not refunded for the cost.

At the lane, it keep breaking down on us constantly and no one really seemed to care. If it happened once or twice that would be understandable. But it was constantly breaking down. Out of two hours, we got only about an hour and a half. And again, they did offer 20 extra minutes for compensation. Still a truly a disappointing experience

It was our first time here. The lane we were on broke down on us three times. The first time, the pins were not reset for the next bowler, it happened two times and we went to ask for help. Asking for help took awhile, it was hard to find someone to help us out. We understand it was busy but there was always only one or two persons at the front desk. Though we saw many workers just standing and walking around. They looked young.

The second time the lane broke down on us was when the balls were all stuck in the back by the pins.

The third time wasn’t our lane but it was the lane next to us. They could only get one of the bumpers down, so overall, it seems like their bowling systems need to be updated or fixed. But we will not be coming back, we had a very bad experience.

Prices went way up. It's still a great place but very expensive.

I've came to this place a couple of times and it had been great, before this. After what happened yesterday Jan 2 2026 I will take my money elsewhere. This lady that was there around 8 p.m that day was rude to white people, yes very ignorant as it sounds ( I'm Hispanic). She will have full on conversation with her own race, but when it came to be anybody else, she will get the worse attitude, or as far as ignoring you for a long period of time. She let her race skip the lines and laughed about it, I waited 15+ mins in a line 2 times, when I was supposed to be helped next and she will turn to the people that was skipping and helped them on purpose. It's very childish for a grown woman to do that, it's also very sad to had happen to everyone she gave an attitude tours since we just wanted a nice place to pass the time. I would not bring my children nor my family to this location, hopefully when you anyone does go, she is not there. JB please do better with whom you hire, not everyone that seems nice at first cares for people.

Don't get me wrong. This is a nice bowling house. The vibe just different than what I'm used to. It's definitely built for fun,(ie: group open bowling); the interior feels like if someone wanted to rent it out you could definitely get the upscale look and feel of a proper club. It's a nice joint.

Nice bowling alley w/ a good selection of food and beverages. The lanes have ample and comfortable seating too.

Went for my daughter's friend's birthday party. The alley was clean and smelt good. The pizzas and food they served was great. The kids loved the arcade area. The manager Ashley was helpful as well. Would definitely return again!

The manger (white lady, long hair) was completely rude and disrespectful. Came in and instead of communicating respectfully because of an issue that happened prior to us getting there. She literally kicked us out, saying she’s not selling bowling anymore and her issue is more important than our service.

The service was terrible

I wanted to order food and they completely ignored me, they didn't serve me, I managed to order and they brought me the food three hours later, super cold, then we wanted to play and the lines didn't work, they changed our lines and still the same problem, in the end the bill was the same and we didn't play at all. The truth is that if you want to have a fun afternoon, I don't recommend getting angry, because you will come to this place, you don't even have the employees to make the place efficient, lack of staff.

The service is bad, the machines don't work, they stole 150 dollars from me because we don't even play bowling, then I asked for food, they told me 15 minutes and they brought it to me at 2 hours completely frozen, I don't recommend this place at all👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I came here with my family around 6pm on November 24th. At the time we arrived, there was only one other group bowling, every other lane was empty. We were placed in a lane that was directly under one of the overhead speakers playing very loud music, and I politely asked the woman at the counter if it was possible to either turn down the music slightly or allow us to move to a different lane. She proceeded to get quite upset at me, immediately saying how it was not possible to turn down the music without it affecting the whole bowing al alley. A valid answer, but no reason it had to be delivered so rudely. I asked her if it was possible to switch lanes to one that was further away from the speaker, and she proceeded to get upset at me again, saying that we would hear the music volume the same regardless of where we were in the bowing alley. First of all, this was untrue given that I already walked past other lanes assessing where the music was the least loud and there were clear differences. Secondly, there was only one other group besides us bowling at the time. I am genuinely puzzled as to why she felt my request was so aggravating. We had not even started bowling at that point, so it wasn’t like we were asking for a “free” game. When we were done bowling and ready to check out, we had trouble finding her, and eventually found her seated away in the bar/restaurant area on her phone with her airpods in. I have been to this location twice now, and the last time I was there, there were adults running across the actual bowling lanes, scratching up the lanes, and nothing was done about it. This happened at least 3 or 4 times that evening. Bartenders that I’ve interacted with here I will say have been kind, but unfortunately the rest of the experience has been unpleasant. Hopefully management will heed customer feedback otherwise I can’t imagine this location being a place I will ever recommend visiting.

Everything was great... it was just towards the end when the scores and pins were not doing rt. They fixed it as soon as we told them. Staff were polite and clean environment...
