I came here with my family around 6pm on November 24th. At the time we arrived, there was only one other group bowling, every other lane was empty. We were placed in a lane that was directly under one of the overhead speakers playing very loud music, and I politely asked the woman at the counter if it was possible to either turn down the music slightly or allow us to move to a different lane. She proceeded to get quite upset at me, immediately saying how it was not possible to turn down the music without it affecting the whole bowing al alley. A valid answer, but no reason it had to be delivered so rudely. I asked her if it was possible to switch lanes to one that was further away from the speaker, and she proceeded to get upset at me again, saying that we would hear the music volume the same regardless of where we were in the bowing alley. First of all, this was untrue given that I already walked past other lanes assessing where the music was the least loud and there were clear differences. Secondly, there was only one other group besides us bowling at the time. I am genuinely puzzled as to why she felt my request was so aggravating. We had not even started bowling at that point, so it wasn’t like we were asking for a “free” game. When we were done bowling and ready to check out, we had trouble finding her, and eventually found her seated away in the bar/restaurant area on her phone with her airpods in. I have been to this location twice now, and the last time I was there, there were adults running across the actual bowling lanes, scratching up the lanes, and nothing was done about it. This happened at least 3 or 4 times that evening. Bartenders that I’ve interacted with here I will say have been kind, but unfortunately the rest of the experience has been unpleasant. Hopefully management will heed customer feedback otherwise I can’t imagine this location being a place I will ever recommend visiting.

Everything was great... it was just towards the end when the scores and pins were not doing rt. They fixed it as soon as we told them. Staff were polite and clean environment...

Unfortunately the manager was by herself with our party of 30...ooof! Still the blue bowl drink was tasted by all and the kids loooove the arcade!

We came on a Sunday for my 7&8yr olds first time, expecting things not to be busy. Tyler D. was on the only visible person at the front and got us set up on two lanes, warning us of possible technical problems with one lane. Shortly after our first game, it got insanely busy. Tyler was literally running around- from addressing guests concerns, to running the front desk/getting people set up on lanes to running out food. We did end up having problems with our Lane but Tyler and the mechanic did what they could to get the problem fixed. When it still wasn’t working, Ashley helped to get our situation fixed, apologized and gave us passes to try again another day.
Even through the mechanical issues and food wait weren’t fun and kind of frustrating, Tyler and Ashley left us with a great experience! We will definitely be back!

The sweet chili wings with HOT fries are amazing!!! Tyler , was there alone Thursday doing everyone’s job!! He was awesome.
We got shots of tequila for My Daughters bday. & they were $15.50 for a little shot!! Absolutely, ridiculous! But, when that’s what you drink, that’s what you pay!

The General Manager of this location is seriously a allstar when it comes to customer service.
He came out to Menasha here, and turned our sabre lanes from disrespectful staff to the most polite and informed employees for an establishment I've ever seen.
I'm just a local from Menasha, I dont make many reviews, but Collins passion for customer satisfaction is the best I've ever seen in person or any store for that matter.
If you have real issues and have a problem with anything, he's going to figure it out. And also, my god that mustache is ON POINT!!
Thank you for making my local Sabre Lanes back into a fun place and safe place for families. I get to enjoy the nostalgia of going there as a child with my children and that means so much!!!

The customer service was rude me n my sister spent a 100 dollars there n they told us we can't eat the food we just paid for at 9:30 we didn't even finish our games the manager was really racist n rude

They told us to leave before there initial closing time then told us we could not eat in there establishment after we spent over $100 to have a good time. They are only getting a one star because of the fact me and my party were able to bowl. It’s usually not that bad but in the future, we will be taking our business to landmark lanes

Bowling screens didn’t work and didn’t keep
Score correctly. It was 100 bucks for three games and it was miserable. Food overpriced as well. There was also no AC and it was unbearable hot. 0/10

For the first time in 8 years, our whole family was together but it was nothing short of terrible. My son suffered a cardiac arrest due to heat stroke. I’m appalled.

Very disappointed. Celebrating my birthday brought 15 people in. Very short staff, the A/C didn't work so it was so hot! Waited over 20 to 30 mins for drinks an mind you we had kids therr as well. Food came out cold an the nachos an they were soggy. An the person who was working seemed too have a attitude because he had to work. It's just very disappointing for the prices we paid an the service got.
