Wanted a pizza. Gave me the wrong order, went in to explain what happened they didn’t care or even try to hear what I had to say. What made it worse was that there was a guy in a white tank top making the food. No sleeves or an apron.

Have ordered from Jet’s before and been “ok” with it, though they always forget sides and condiments. Recently received a discount promotion in the mail, made an order request, and was denied and order cancelled because Jet’s does not have enough delivery drivers to fulfill the order. I will think twice before attempting to order here again.

I needed a big order last week for an event. I ordered several pizzas, salads, cinnamon sticks, and sodas last minute, and everything was prepared very quickly and exactly to order. Staff was also very helpful. I was really impressed with this place!

Came here to pick up two orders on 5/2 at 11:40 ish. One of the customers pizza was stolen and an employee offered to remake it. While I was waiting the manager came out and was very disrespectful tell me I can’t ask to have it remade. When I told him I didn’t ask it was offered he continued to interrupt me and tell me to get out of his store. He instructed the employees to not give me the other order I was waiting for as well. The level of disrespect he has for people is uncalled for. I hope he felt powerful telling me to get out and continue to interrupt me cause now he’s on the internet.

Ordered online via GrubHub on a quiet Sunday evening, paid via PayPal, order took an hour and forty minutes to be delivered and that was after several calls. On the final call the manager said I'd be refunded in 24 hours. 3 days later, still no refund or refund-in-progress. Manager says they can't refund to PayPal. The food is decent but THE SERVICE STINKS.
