Manager drags this location down. I had a free sub and she charged me for freebies! It was like she was upset I earned a free sub.I got the free sub because I complained to corporate that my orders are always wrong at this location. To have my order be correct would be a fluke.Lastly, the bread on my "free" sub was hard, like cardboard and very tough to chew. I'm done complaining as Everytime I go there is a problem with my order, which tells me nothing is really changing for the better.

I wouldn't go here again. When my food finally arrived (yes, delivery was slow), I did not receive chips or extras on my sub, both of which I paid an upcharge for. Tried to call them to fix, and No one answers the phone. Not only did I pay for food I didn't get, it's impossible for me to get through to anyone to fix.

This location is guilty of using day old bread. After ordering a sandwich minutes after opening, you'd think that the bread would be fresh. This bread was hard, chewy, and obviously old. Same issue with my coworkers sandwiches. Very disappointed.

I've visited this location a number of times since I work right down the street. I love the online ordering system because by the time I click "order" and walk there my food is ready! This location is doing a fantastic job of following all safety protocols and makes sure the pick up stand is right by the door so you don't have to travel too far into the building. All the employees greet you and say goodbye which makes it feel like they truly care. My only complaint is that sometimes this location is out of certain ingredients which means I have to resort to my second choice sandwich. It never lasts long though and I'm happy to go back!
