This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST Jimmy Johns. Delivery is always inconsistent. Today was the final time I will EVER order from them. Placed an order at 10:24am. Called them at 10:54 to get the status of the order and was told they were making the second sandwich for the order now and it would be on its way. Fast forward ANOTHER 30 min and still no update in status to “out for delivery” or anything. At this point it’s been a FULL hour for a delivery order with 2 sandwich’s. Spoke with the manager and requested to cancel the order at this point. He could’ve cared less that he lost a customer.

Took an hour and a half to get my order because I was told the delivery guy spilled a drink on my order so they had to remake it. I called so ask about my order, a guy picked up the phone a came off as clueless and rude. The manager then gets the phone with no empathy and eventually hung up on me. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I never leave negative reviews for food service unless it’s really, really bad. Because I work in food service and I know it’s hard and stressful and I understand all of the variables and the ins and outs of it. But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a pickup order online at 11:45am. I received it at 12:20pm, 35 minutes later. 35 minutes for a sandwich isn’t all that crazy if you ask me — except that over a dozen customers came in while I was waiting, ordered and got their food in just a minute or two. No one bothered to ask me if I was waiting on an order until I had been there over 20 minutes. At which point, a very nice gentleman asked if I was waiting and grabbed my FINISHED sandwich for me. It had been done and was sitting in the back. They never bothered to put it on the takeout window, never bothered to call it out. Never bothered to take it to the to-go rack by the door. I come to this store a lot, and don’t plan to ever again. Absolutely inexcusable.

Last time ordering from this location. Took forever. Then it was eventually marked as delivered. Called the store, and was told it was just leaving the store and was marked accidentally. Which is interesting because it had been marked “out for delivery” already and for quite a while.

My bet? This is a way to make it seem like things aren’t as bad as they really are. Similar to when a drive-thru employee asks you to drive forward and back again to help what I can only assume are the internal metrics that watches productivity.

When I asked for further clarity, I was rudely hung up on. I called back to find out what was going on and the associate could not have been more short and rude. Asked for a refund, keeping my fingers crossed it actually goes through.

Service here has only gone down hill. Prices have gone up and delivery time has only gotten longer. Not worth it anymore.

Maybe avoid this location if you can, I’d recommend the one on Water street instead. I did a mobile order, arrived when it said it was ready. The man at the window said he was just waiting on it. I waited at the window for about 15-20 minutes. My order was bagged and ready the entire time, it was just never handed to me. Major lack of communication and coordination by team members. Had to call the store phone to have someone service me at the drive thru window.

I like going to this Jimmy John's because they have a drive-thru and are feaky fast. What I don't like about this place is they've gotten my order wrong the last two times. Each time they corrected it. I ranked this place four stars because the issue has been with the same individual and not the entire establishment.

Found a long nasty red hair on my food. After I bite into my food to make it even worse. I called to make a complain and they hung up on me. Horrible service. Never again. I will make sure to let everyone in my place of employment know, not to order from this location again. Very disappointing.

I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app and the handed my order off to uber eats, the driver did speak English and delivered my order somewhere else. I called to ask for my money back and the Manger was really rude, so I went to the location she than said she's the manager for a different Jimmy John's I will be speaking with the GM tomorrow as this was the worst service I ever received from this location

Ordered delivery for 90 people and they delivered on time. More people showed up to our event than anticipated, and they delivered 5 more party boxes within 30 minutes. Super friendly staff and very fast service. Thank you!
