Recently moved into the delivery radius of this Jimmy John's and the quality of service I've received has significantly declined. I've had a lot of issues with missing drinks and now having my food delivered at a different address. I would recommend picking up over using delivery at this location.

Ordered delivery - 2 subs and sides (pickle, cookie, pita chips and hummus). Delivery came and only two subs and pickle were in the bag. I was missing two sides. For some reason app didn't allow me to customize my sandwich so after i placed order I called immediately to request to add extra hot peppers to both and include mayo packets. Subs came with no hot peppers. My tuna sub had a ridiculously small amount of tuna on it (will include photo). Called the store and an employee told me that location did not have pita chips and hummus but a delivery driver would bring back a bag of chips for me. I requested a refund for the missing sides instead. Employee put manager on phone who was polite and told me they actually did infact have the pita chips and hummus at Brady location. Now im waiting for them to bring my sides. I didn't look at subs till after phone call with the manager and now I really dont want to call back and complain again. Noted not to go to that location. Update: an hour later and they still have not brought the sides. Called back and Manager told me the driver said they were in the bag. I didn’t know what to say other than…they weren't.. Now they said they would actually (for real this time) bring them to me. We will see…hope i can get my meal before work. (Also did tip on my card when I placed the order).

I ate their food once years ago and thought it was awful and bland then. Thought I'd suffer it foe my children who like plain things and got excited when I saw olive tapinaude being put on a wrap. Ordered some for my tuna sandwich. Was told by the manager I couldn't have any (I would have paid extra) because it's a limited item. So I suffered the plain sandwich for the last time.

Jimmy John's is a few blocks from where I live. I love this chain restaurant over other similar restaurants. Typically, I order a half Big John, which is a roast beef sandwich. The bread is fresh and so are the toppings. Yes, the sandwiches are served Freakish Fast!!!!

Ordered two veg subs and bags of chips for delivery. $24! There was a teaspoon of avocado, a tiny bit of vinegar and oil. Ordered one without mayo and one with. Both had no mayo. Ordered one with hot peppers. None. The guy on the phone and the delivery driver were great. Subs are a joke! The quality of these subs are now freakishly aghast.Oh and I went through the whole process of an extra "complaint" as requested and after spending 10 minutes got REQUEST FAILED WITH STATUS CODE 413 - I will never order JJs again.

I order delivery so atmosphere is amazing because I'm at home. It's fast, delicious, I live a mile from work, I get done late and I don't want to cook at midnight so I order when I leave work and my food is there minutes after I get home. Super nice delivery drivers as well. Remember to tip! In most cases if there is a tipping option, like servers and bartenders,they usually are not making very much hourly, so remember to tip, it's greatly appreciated!
