New to the area. Customer service is not good and food wasn’t done right. Even after nicely asking for them to take the jalapeños off after mistakenly putting it on the first sandwich I received. Second sandwich was dry and did not have all the ingredients. Had high hopes as I work at the Starbucks nearby but I will not be wasting money here again.

I’m no Karen, but littering is one of my pet peeves. I saw one of their delivery drivers throw a drink holder with two drinks out their car window while driving on N Prospect Ave. I called the store and the woman who answered said “so what” and I said “it’s a bad look” and she just hung up.

Recently moved into the delivery radius of this Jimmy John's and the quality of service I've received has significantly declined. I've had a lot of issues with missing drinks and now having my food delivered at a different address. I would recommend picking up over using delivery at this location.

Ordered delivery - 2 subs and sides (pickle, cookie, pita chips and hummus). Delivery came and only two subs and pickle were in the bag. I was missing two sides. For some reason app didn't allow me to customize my sandwich so after i placed order I called immediately to request to add extra hot peppers to both and include mayo packets. Subs came with no hot peppers. My tuna sub had a ridiculously small amount of tuna on it (will include photo). Called the store and an employee told me that location did not have pita chips and hummus but a delivery driver would bring back a bag of chips for me. I requested a refund for the missing sides instead. Employee put manager on phone who was polite and told me they actually did infact have the pita chips and hummus at Brady location. Now im waiting for them to bring my sides. I didn't look at subs till after phone call with the manager and now I really dont want to call back and complain again. Noted not to go to that location. Update: an hour later and they still have not brought the sides. Called back and Manager told me the driver said they were in the bag. I didn’t know what to say other than…they weren't.. Now they said they would actually (for real this time) bring them to me. We will see…hope i can get my meal before work. (Also did tip on my card when I placed the order).
