Had 3 orders and about $100 deep in food that was made wrong. Called a few times to try and correct the issue was laughed and hung up on and was told new ownership. Owner hung up on me. Called customer service SEVEN times was told the store would reach out. It’s been 3 months. Every order had notes and the proper receipt but was still made incorrectly.

Whoever works 3rd shift does not care to be there. I clearly ordered a regular turkey and ham club and he gives me a Italian club, that was the first mess up. 2nd i repeated my address 6 times and he still put it in wrong, and 3rd he rushed me off the phone and I called a hour before it was closing time which I think is way better then calling at the last minute.

We ordered delivery from here thinking that it would be quick and easy. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food to be out for delivery and another 30 minutes for our food to actually arrive. For reference the store is only a 4 minute drive from the address that we ordered from. When we got our delivery we were missing 3 of our 4 sides for our combos. I called the driver and store and everyone was helpful and they told us that our sides would be delivered right away after the driver picked them up from the store. We then waited another whole hour before our final delivery arrived. I really don’t believe that this is entirely on the employees, this is very clearly a result of poor management and lack of guidance for employees. The employees were all helpful and apologetic and the food was good.

It was ok. They didn’t ask me the kind of wrap i wanted. I didn’t even know i had choices of wrap type herb or flour. I also didn’t know the tuscan wrap was less healthy than the regular sandwich. The regular french bread is great

They refused to give me free water. I have been to Jimmy Johns dozens of times and they have always provided with a styrofoam cup for water (or a small drink cup if they are out). This location insisted I pay for my water.

I ordered a sub for takeout, beach club, take bread out, with no mayo, add onions and pickles, and oil and vinegar. Not only did I get no oil, vinegar, or onions, they also removed the Turkey! The only protein in my sandwich, effectively making this a dry cheese sandwich. What a horrible surprise to come home to.
When you leave someone’s food outside on the ground the LEAST you could do is call or text to notify like every other location does!
