Every time we order from this Jimmy John's location, there's always some kind of issue—whether it's missing ingredients on our sandwiches, long delivery times, or not being able to utilize our rewards. On top of that, the manager and delivery drivers are consistently rude and unprofessional. We've given this place multiple chances, but the customer service continues to disappoint. Definitely not the experience you'd expect from a brand like Jimmy John's.

Ordered 2 sandwiches that were made completely wrong. On both sandwiches there were missing selected items, instructions were not followed, they were toasted (only thing that was correct) however toasted with condiments, veggies and lettuce on, everything was mushy and soggy. Both sandwiches were un-edible. I should have checked reviews on this location before going here. It looks like this is a consistent problem. We will not be going back.

I go to this Jimmy John’s often because it’s by my work. Its really a gamble. Sometimes I get exactly what I order, other time they forget all of the add ons. Very inconsistent
Ordered from here 6-22-25. It's so painfully obvious the people working here hate it and they will make sure to take it out on you. Don't spend your money here it's not worth bad serves.

This was my first time at this location and I ordered the pepe meal today right before closing I specifically asked for jimmy peppers I get home no jimmy peppers on my sandwich.Also the bread wasn’t fresh at all very hard wish my experience could have been better.

Wow. I ordered delivery with chips. I only received the sandwich, minus 2 of the 3 meats and no cheese. Also, no chips. When I called, they said they were sending out another sandwich with the chips. The driver, very rude and seemed like she was from the hood of Chicago, asked if I had the original sandwich. The “manager” needed the original back. I told her I gave it away, as that was never relayed to me on the phone when I called. She said “uh uh” and sped off. How could you ask for a sandwich back, after I had taken a bite? Seems pretty scratchy. Do not order from this scam place. 10 bucks for a rude driver.- no chips and wrong sandwich.

Had 3 orders and about $100 deep in food that was made wrong. Called a few times to try and correct the issue was laughed and hung up on and was told new ownership. Owner hung up on me. Called customer service SEVEN times was told the store would reach out. It’s been 3 months. Every order had notes and the proper receipt but was still made incorrectly.

Whoever works 3rd shift does not care to be there. I clearly ordered a regular turkey and ham club and he gives me a Italian club, that was the first mess up. 2nd i repeated my address 6 times and he still put it in wrong, and 3rd he rushed me off the phone and I called a hour before it was closing time which I think is way better then calling at the last minute.

We ordered delivery from here thinking that it would be quick and easy. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food to be out for delivery and another 30 minutes for our food to actually arrive. For reference the store is only a 4 minute drive from the address that we ordered from. When we got our delivery we were missing 3 of our 4 sides for our combos. I called the driver and store and everyone was helpful and they told us that our sides would be delivered right away after the driver picked them up from the store. We then waited another whole hour before our final delivery arrived. I really don’t believe that this is entirely on the employees, this is very clearly a result of poor management and lack of guidance for employees. The employees were all helpful and apologetic and the food was good.
