I worked at here for 2 months and here was some things i noticed.

The first day i started working there i wasn't properly scheduled and because of this, i came in on days i did not need to and missed days they thought they told me to come in.

The manger told me we did not get breaks and would have to eat during our shifts in the back of the store only. While he got up to an hour long break or longer at times.

For almost 2 days the lettuce went bad and the manger demanded that we still served it, he very rarely throws food out even if its visibly expired.

Nobody ever was in work uniform, the manager had crocs with no socks on in the store.
Feet should not be in the kitchen. Also if we wanted uniforms we would have to pay “$20” to receive a shirt and a hat. I never received a uniform after working for 2 months. This $20 fee also was never mentioned to me in orientation or by a manager at all, i found out from a coworker.

I and many others also were never properly trained, certain things i had to learn on my own, certain things i were never taught.

I hope this reaches the right person because this location NEEDS new management immediately

I ordered a #4. The sandwich doesn't come with cheese. They asked me multiple times if I wanted cheese and I said no. Came back home and found that the sandwich has cheese. I can't eat dairy.

Evrytime I go there, they never have the cups holders especially when you have 3 or 4 drinks, and when you ask them for that they get mad

Went in to order and politely asked them to make sure they added something to the sandwich (that I always order but they've missed before) and the person making the sandwich was sarcastic and condescending like it was a huge issue for me to verify my order was going to be made correctly.

First off, I placed an order at 6:45 PM, I got a confirmation email that The order would be there the next day. Went to call Jimmy John’s number was disconnect. Called another Jimmy John’s to get help they tried to call. They could also not contact.. Then I get a notification that Uber is delivering my order. I received my order with no meat, And made incorrectly… This location has many low reviews. I wish I would’ve looked before ordering.. This is completely unacceptable,

This location is shady. I ordered a sub for delivery and said I'd pay with cash. They called back 10 minutes later to say I needed to pay with card because they're busy. I said I had exact change, but they insisted I pay with card.

The bacon was the most atrocious thing I have ever seen. It was pieces of limp fat that not only looked unappealing but made me gag when I first bit into it. This location has gone downhill yet the manager won't address the issues in food/service no matter what you say. Even contacted Corporate on a previous occasion and despite them forwarding my email to the manager, I never heard from him. Unfortunately can't add the photo I took.

Placed an order on the app and went to the store to pick up. When I got home I noticed they had make my order incorrectly (got a regular size rather than a giant). I called the store hoping I could just have them make the other half of the missing sub and I could come get it. To my surprise, the staff who answered said they were too busy today and would not be able to make a half a sub. They sure did not look short staffed when I was just there. And common how long does it take to make a half a sub! Mind u they had just opened, and I’m being told that at no point at all today could they make the missing food. I asked if I could get a credit since I paid for something I didn’t receive. I was told they cannot give credit. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and the guy came back to say the manager was not there. I asked for the manager’s name and was hung up on. After this, I notice the smaller size sub did not even have the items that were requested in the order and one of my other subs were make wrong.

Update: Same day this occurred I contacted the Corp customer service. They said they would reach out to the store and have someone follow up with me. I reached out to the Corp staff again today as the store has not bothered to attempt to connect with me.

DO NOT EAT AT/ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Save yourself a headache. The quality has gone way down, sandwiches are made incorrectly and they are extremely slow about delivery. Tonight they accepted an order, then gave out personal information to Uber, who I am not okay with using. When the sandwiches arrived, over an hour after ordering & almost 20 minutes after we were told "your order will arrive in 3 minutes," the sandwiches were wrong, bread was stale & inedible, lettuce was rotten. When I called earlier to ask why they had shared my info w/Uber, the manager simply disconnected the call. This is a HORRIBLE Jimmy Johns.

There was a tall man at the register who had a buzz cut and was kind of large, i don’t know his name but he was very rude and i didn’t like the way he handled my sandwich with 0 care and was basically throwing it like he had no sense. Not to mention when I ordered he was so focused on chatting with his coworkers about utter nonsense he messed my order up and i’m completely disgusted with how my experience turned out at this location, John.
