The cashier was short with us and had an attitude for no reason. We asked for extra mayo and pickles and got none of either. And none of them were wearing hats or netting over their heads. Not going back to this location.

Walked into the Jimmy John’s on Holt and the guy at the counter immediately started harassing us about a bathroom key — no one even asked to use the bathroom, we were literally just walking to sit down. While we were ordering on our phones, the employees wouldn’t leave us alone, so I had to tell them we were ordering through the app. After that, they started loudly criticizing what we ordered like it was some kind of joke to them. They were also staring at us giving us dirty looks because we used a coupon on the app. Super unprofessional, made the whole place uncomfortable, and the food wasn’t even worth it. The toasted sub tasted like a burnt crouton. Won’t be back.

We ordered a party pack for my nieces pre wedding event . We specifically stated what we wanted and what we did not want in the sandwiches . The lady that took the order was not very knowledgeable of the sandwiches and location where it we needed them to be delivered . Well after the order was delivered to the hotel it was completely wrong . I called and they said I had to call back Monday . I called back on Monday and now was told to call back Tuesday . Very very port customer service . Do Not order from them unless you want to spend a lot of money and be totally disappointed .

One of the main reasons to order from Jimmy John's is how fast they are supposed to be. Every time I have ordered from this location it has taken 45 minutes or more. I can guarantee it is because whoever the owner is does not want to pay well or treat the employees well so they always have turn over. This is incredibly lame.

The employees at jimmy johns have been harassing my pregnant and elderly employees over a parking spot that is not labeled we share a parking lot and yet they feel so entitled to this spot that they have blocked in costumers gotten into verbal altercations and have acted hostile with others today they threatened to have the car of my pregnant employee towed due to her parking there when no other available parking was close to building which they can’t do considering Wisconsin requires a no parking sign, if harassment continues we intend to get law enforcement involved until otherwise proven to us we will continue to respectfully share the parking spot however if harassment of my elderly and pregnant employers happens we will continue to further elevate this situation..

I worked at here for 2 months and here was some things i noticed.

The first day i started working there i wasn't properly scheduled and because of this, i came in on days i did not need to and missed days they thought they told me to come in.

The manger told me we did not get breaks and would have to eat during our shifts in the back of the store only. While he got up to an hour long break or longer at times.

For almost 2 days the lettuce went bad and the manger demanded that we still served it, he very rarely throws food out even if its visibly expired.

Nobody ever was in work uniform, the manager had crocs with no socks on in the store.
Feet should not be in the kitchen. Also if we wanted uniforms we would have to pay “$20” to receive a shirt and a hat. I never received a uniform after working for 2 months. This $20 fee also was never mentioned to me in orientation or by a manager at all, i found out from a coworker.

I and many others also were never properly trained, certain things i had to learn on my own, certain things i were never taught.

I hope this reaches the right person because this location NEEDS new management immediately

I ordered a #4. The sandwich doesn't come with cheese. They asked me multiple times if I wanted cheese and I said no. Came back home and found that the sandwich has cheese. I can't eat dairy.
