Manager is nonchalant and rude rather spend my money elsewhere
Food is terrible along with the ways it’s prepared and gave out messy! The comments of this place shows it all the staff are very rude ! very unprofessional! this place needs new management or too be torn down !! Despite all these other comments and the store hasn’t did nothing about it !!

I placed an order for delivery thru their app. I ordered 2 boxed lunches. It took about an hour to get delivered and I was handed 2 subs. No chips, no pickles, no cookies that I ordered with the boxed lunches. There was no receipt of any kind stapled to the bag so I had no idea if the order was even mine nor were the subs labeled. I had to go drive to the store with the wrong/partial order and explain all of this to the manager and they remade my order correct this time. The lack of communication and systems within this store is non-existent. I will not be ordering from here again.

I've tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt several times only to be shown time and again the lousy service I've now come to expect from here. I had an online order take over an hour only to find out that the driver "wasn't using the tracker" so my food sat out in the sun for quite a while. Twice now I've had an online order take over an hour again and when I called to find out the status to be told they "had to outsource their drivers, so they must not be doing their job and don't know what to say other than to come pick it up" - and this excuse was from the store manager who then hung up on me! There's no way to inform your customers that delivery is unavailable?! Come on. Even McDonalds has figured out a way to outsource drivers and still be able to communicate the process. The other JJ locations I have not had too many issues with, but this location is a joke.

Second time in a row my order was wrong. The first time the manager made the sandwich and kept reading me the wrong ingredients on the sandwich. This time they gave me the wrong sandwich again. I also ordered pesto salad and received potato salad. I don't how the manager keeps getting orders wrong. My last time ordering at this location
I think this is the worst jimmy johns I've ever been to. I've left multiple times after already ordering. Sometimes I think it's closed..
I've given this place too many chances due to the fact it's down the road from my house. Cousins may be a better option.

I’ve given this location so many chances and every time something is wrong. Today I placed an order and show up 20 minutes after just for them to have me wait “5-10 minutes” while they made it. I get home and a whole sandwich is missing. Not to mention every other time they messed up my order. Never again.

The freshest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had!! 10/10 recommend ? They also have a drive through which is very fast and convenient

Unfortunately I have to call out the experience I had at this location. I ordered ahead online for pick up at drive thru. I gave a good 20 minutes before showing up and they hadn’t started the order despite not being busy. That was fine but they said the avocado needed to be thawed so I could wait or order something else. I had prepaid for extra avocado $1.98 charge. So this is what I wanted and already paid ahead for. I had no problem waiting. The problem was after receiving the sandwiches, one had almost no avocado, the other had a regular amount, not extra.The whole issue is I paid extra. If there was no additional charge I wouldn’t have cared that it lacked avocado. I had no problem waiting and could have waited longer for the appropriate amount to be thawed. That happens often at other drive thru places where they ask you to wait longer to prepare something, which I never mind doing. A less important note, I also asked for extra lettuce which was lacking. I am hoping the owner or manager of this establishment will rectify this error. Thank you in advance.

The customer service here is bad , not only that but you don't get what you ordered and when you kindly bring it to their attention they look at you like you're the problem. I gave this place many chances. JJ on Miller parkway always has the best customer service.
Placed an order online for Delivery since the store doesn’t do over the phone orders. I waited 1 hour for no food to arrive I then called the store spoke to a gentlemen that said he would be sending someone with my order another hour went by and still no food. I’ve called the store multiple times no one has answered or I’ve been placed on hold and forgotten about. Completely unacceptable my kids have been waiting for lunch the last 2 hours and i can’t even get through to anyone for a refund.

This store is VERY unorganized. Multiple times I have had food that was ordered not show up, then they say they have zero record of me ordering. The store is somehow not linked up online for online orders and they never fix the problem. Calling them is worthless, as they take the order and rarely bring the food. Thank goodness I pay in cash, so I am not out the money for the undelivered orders. Poorly run store for sure. Oh well, back to dependable Cousin's, at least they actually care about delivering their products.
Not so freaky fast, placed order at 12:44pm, it is now 2:22pm still no food. Called literally 4 times already only to keep being told they only have one driver. Not a good
