I just came through to get a tuna sub for my mom.,and was given a turkey sub. Tried to call and they can’t answer the phone right now.
Don’t come to this location unless you want to deal with unkind, rude and passive aggressive manager/shift lead. The manager/new lead guy is light-skin and dark hair has a super disgusting attitude with me time and time and time again. I got the opportunity over the years to see COUNTLESS hard workers and staff leave YET HE REMAINS THERE. I come to realize HE IS THE PROBLEM. Everyone has left because of him. This place really would be something special and I would have come more often if I didn’t have to deal with him. I can only imagine how many hard working people stopped coming to this spot because of him and his horrible attitude. Someone like that shouldn’t be making food for anyone. I don’t recommend this spot to anyone. Go somewhere else! There are PLENTY of other sub and good food locations in the area that will take good care of you just because. There are people out there who DO know how to treat people like a human being. I’m a full-time caregiver to a family remember with Dementia. I get no break or rarely get to go out and do something for myself and this USED to be the spot for me to get something of substance to eat to give me to energy to do all the physical labor I do constantly. I’ve been more than patient, kind and respectful. It’s ALWAYS something with him. Whoever owns this place, get rid of him! He’s not a nice, genuine person who has integrity. I can only imagine how someone like that is when no one is looking with peoples food. He’s petty, disgusting and likes to poke at people who are defenseless just because he feels he can! If he wouldn’t talk to another man his size or bigger like that, why is he so COMFORTABLE being nasty to a woman who is less than half his size... In despite of what I’m going through, I’ve never treated someone the way he’s treated me. Noone deserves to be made to feel so little by someone who they’ve done nothing to! Considering all the other reviews, I’m sure the owner won’t see this. If you do, don’t hesitate to start with a new manager or lead for shifts. Your business will be better off long-term and can do a lot better with the right person. Yes it takes time for a new person to get adjusted but with the right person who wants to be there, that’s is possible. This man isn’t someone who should be trusted nor is he a good look for a business. I don’t recommend this spot. And there’s no coming back here to support.

BE AWARE!!!! Yesterday I placed an online order for PICKUP. Received a text today from my bank stating my transaction has been updated and A TIP was added from someone there. I immediately called the local and S/W Naomi who claims to be the manager and told me she couldn’t cancel out the UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION. I told her I was coming to get MY MONEY; didn't care if it was a penny. It’s MINE and STEALING IS STEALING!!!! 😡

If I could Give them Zero I would! Went through the drive through saw employees in the back smoking. It smelled a lot like marijuana, I order my subs and im missing a #5.

First time I went wasn’t a good experience. Second time was the same. Done buying at this location.
I order online and my order wouldn’t go through showing an Error due to my zip code I try to input the address a few times and it marked the same Error. I ended up going to the store to order when I got home I noticed in my bank account that the website had taken 4 different payments of 24.44$ (the order I was trying to place) I called the store and they said they never got the order or had any orders under my name. I never received any emails or texts confirming the orders. Why would they take my money then!? The store was unavailable to help me since they said they never got nothing of mine on their system. I reached out to corporate and they just told me they took that money pre authorization which is a crime, they stop replying to my emails so I have processed to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. What a shame never buy from Jimmy John’s again do not trust them with your information.

Did a delivery order & they Messed up my order and told me I would receive a refund within 7 days. Never got my refund so I went up to the store and they said “because it didn’t happen today, we can’t offer a refund” which makes no sense. Why offer a refund if you’re not giving the money same day and then when it doesn’t come you just don’t honor it at all? Instead they said they can remake the order .. they remake the order & still messed up the food. Forgot my pickle. I’m over this location. Manager was nice, but the policies in place make no sense.
**BEWARE** I ordered a sub $15.29 +drink $2.49+ chips $1.89 + 7.9% tax, of course = $21.22 they charged me $23.51, when I realized this I very politely asked for the $2.29 owed to me, which both the cashier and manager denied, I then asked to speak to the owner and was told I could not, and was told to call the number on the back of the receipt (of which there is none), I then asked the manager for his name 2 times and he turned around and left without responding at all. Then I looked up & called the corporate office & left a voice mail to which I haven't got a response, WHAT KIND OF J E R K S RUN RESTAURANTS LIKE THIS ?? I have been going to Jimmy Johns all over the place for years, CAN YOU GUESS IF I WILL EVER GO TO ANOTHER JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN ??? **STAY AWAY**! ! ! !

Manager is nonchalant and rude rather spend my money elsewhere
Food is terrible along with the ways it’s prepared and gave out messy! The comments of this place shows it all the staff are very rude ! very unprofessional! this place needs new management or too be torn down !! Despite all these other comments and the store hasn’t did nothing about it !!

I placed an order for delivery thru their app. I ordered 2 boxed lunches. It took about an hour to get delivered and I was handed 2 subs. No chips, no pickles, no cookies that I ordered with the boxed lunches. There was no receipt of any kind stapled to the bag so I had no idea if the order was even mine nor were the subs labeled. I had to go drive to the store with the wrong/partial order and explain all of this to the manager and they remade my order correct this time. The lack of communication and systems within this store is non-existent. I will not be ordering from here again.

I've tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt several times only to be shown time and again the lousy service I've now come to expect from here. I had an online order take over an hour only to find out that the driver "wasn't using the tracker" so my food sat out in the sun for quite a while. Twice now I've had an online order take over an hour again and when I called to find out the status to be told they "had to outsource their drivers, so they must not be doing their job and don't know what to say other than to come pick it up" - and this excuse was from the store manager who then hung up on me! There's no way to inform your customers that delivery is unavailable?! Come on. Even McDonalds has figured out a way to outsource drivers and still be able to communicate the process. The other JJ locations I have not had too many issues with, but this location is a joke.

Second time in a row my order was wrong. The first time the manager made the sandwich and kept reading me the wrong ingredients on the sandwich. This time they gave me the wrong sandwich again. I also ordered pesto salad and received potato salad. I don't how the manager keeps getting orders wrong. My last time ordering at this location
