This store is VERY unorganized. Multiple times I have had food that was ordered not show up, then they say they have zero record of me ordering.
The store is somehow not linked up online for online orders and they never fix the problem.
Calling them is worthless, as they take the order and rarely bring the food.
Thank goodness I pay in cash, so I am not out the money for the undelivered orders. Poorly run store for sure.
Oh well, back to dependable Cousin's, at least they actually care about delivering their products.

Very terrible manager.. I ordered a turkey Tom and I mentioned too the Man that i am a usual customer and the other day my bread was hard all on the bottom not fresh at all !! He said okay so I get to the Pay Box Window and he hands me my food .! I check my bread still hard I ask for fresh bread please he says your bread is fresh and starts squeezing my sandwich and telling me he is correct it’s not hard at all !!! That was very false I asked for a refund that he didn’t even want to give back to me for 13$ dollars and 2 cents ! I am a regular customer I felt feared and have never returned this is private owned so I could not complaint too corporate!!! This man says he’s the manager and there ain’t nothing I can do about it !!

Online order for 2 sandwiches, only 1 was delivered. Manager couldn’t have come across anymore apathetic as he said he would send the missing food out when his driver returned. Took another 20 minutes, definitely NOT freaky fast. Very disappointed.

I ordered a lettuce wrap and 2 wheat sandwiches because there was no more sub bread left. $27 dollars later! For 3 sandwiches no sides or soda. The wheat bread was not thick like it should have been! I coulda of made this at home! I didn't even get a receipt. Won't be back! #

Something happened over the last few yrs. We order Jimmy John's probably twice a month..... Lately let's say maybe the last year and a half. They either can't deliver because they don't have drivers. Or your sub takes 3 hours. This time it was an hour and 45 minutes and I gave them a call... the employee simply said "ummm the best I can do is refund you"So no subs and now it's 8 o'clock at night and must create a family meal instantly. An more acceptable answer would've been a refund and I'll get those out as soon as I can? I mean really anything besides the answer I got lol....just writing this to warn others it's really gone downhill. If you actually receive a sub it looks like a 6 yr old made it also. Good luck....but I'm done with JJ

Store seems to be closed every...single...time I want to order delivery. Jimmy johns has good food but this store needs to close down!

My sub was delivered and wasn't correct. I called up to JJs and the manager apologized profusely and made things right. I stopped in to pick up the correct sandwich and all of the employees were extremely sweet and helpful. This is the only JJs I order from.Update 2021: Service is severely lacking. No longer order from Jimmy Johns. The staff gave me brown lettuce. They no longer care.

The sandwiches are a little shady when it comes to toppings for a $1.00 more I can get a foot long from subway with twice as many toppings and twice as big and more options for my sandwich
