I get the catfish dinner, fried hard with lemon pepper. Large portions of good-looking catfish filets. Light and crispy on the outside. Soft, flaky, and moist on the inside. Perfect every time. Never burnt, never hard.It is hot and steamy. If food is kept in the container too long, the batter may get more soft than desired. Needs to be eaten soon as it is ready.Had a small issue one time. He fixed it quickly. It's not even worth mentioning.Highly recommend.

I ordered a 6-piece wing with fries the fry was hard all stuck together the wings have been refried it was hard... old bread, dislocation is the only bad review that I gave if it wasn't snowing outside bad weather I would turn around and take it back ????
