My food was hard, service was tough(short and snippy) SIR its two ppl in here. I asked for more sauce the man asked for my bag back, stuck his hand in it, took out one sauce before giving me another (gasp). There is a bucket of 4200 filled sauce cups behind you.....IDC they will not get my coins again!!!!

My cod was dry. I wasn't to happy about that. I ordered a lemonade for about $4 thinking it was going to taste like real lemons.. nope it was a cup for sugar. But the chicken however was pretty good

Feeding family my order was not right and the fish was extremely hard like old fish hard and weird pieces. Never had food this bad from them. We didn't enjoy. Stopped on way home too far to go back 😪.
Parking: Shrimp were good! Catfish nuggets were good. Filets were not and salmon croquettes totally missing. Maybe a good thing...so disappointed 😞

Parking was below standard with poor snow removal. Half the order was wrong. When called about the issue, the "gentleman" on the phone was rude and disrespectful to my wife 1st and then to me. Won't be going back!

I LOVE the breading they use for their catfish. I'm from down south and JJ's is the best tasting catfish I've had up here. The service is always curt but never disrespectful.
I was charged for a Large catfish and only got the regular and what made it worse is the man on the register tried to argue me down about it and it was on the receipt and he had the nerve to scratch it off.. Good food but if they doing people like this I’ll never go back.

I don't understand why they have online ordering, where they take your payment during the order only to start cooking your order when you arrive. The online menu was inaccurate and again, they waited until you arrive to tell you that as well. Livers were OOS and the merchant was unable to refund?!? They have your number & email, but refuse to contact you. If all this was known ahead of time, we could've ordered from another establishment. This location use to have great customer service. I don't know what happen, but this will be my last visit as there are a plethora of wing places throughout Milwaukee. Don't waste your time.
